Alas poor Churi, I knew him Horatio (D4, EA)

She waited at the coordinates sipping her caf. She needed leads, tangible leads and she hoped that the building before her held them. Who benefitted from Tuli's death? If he was a pawn why kill him? Did he try to cut his strings? Or was it a quiet execution for disturbing the peace? She scratched her head in frustration taking another sip of caf.

The familiar garb of a Jedi was easily spotted, as the brown-tones and white stood out among more finely dressed people. And sure enough it was Katarzyna Ulgo.
"Good afternoon. Apologies if I kept you waiting. I was finishing up some related work." Kat bowed as she greeted Breela, keeping calm and polite tone as she spoke.

"You didn't, and it's good to see you Knight Ulgo." Breela bowed in greeting. "I don't have much sadly. I know that someone broke into Tuli's apartment, I know that he's reported as dead, but truth be told I'll believe it when I see it. As I said in my message I've got threads to pull but that's it."
Without the weight of the order behind her she was considerably hamstrung and she knew it.
Continuing, "I feel like here we'll have the best shot at gaining some more traction in this case," she points to the Morgue. "Do you have any medical knowledge? Or possibly any skill in working with computers, hacking into surveillance footage, that sort of thing?"

OOC: Last call for any other help.

"I do have some medical knowledge, but I'm not a doctor, just a medic. As for computers..." she gave Breela a side-eye, "what you're asking sounds highly illegal, mrs. Po. What is it that you want? I would rather we gain knowledge without committing crimes against Alderaan or House Ulgo."

"As would I," She nods, "It may be that surveillance in the area caught something the night of the murder." She had crazy theories and wild speculation and nothing concrete, just nebulous conjecture. But her gut was coming from a place of caution regarding the local authorities. "At any rate if you're ready to enter the building, I am." She motions to the morgue.

OOC: Sleep time, but I'll be back in 6-8 hours. I actually think we've got this. But I'll let you call/signal Dapper. We're looking for Tuli's body, Jedi business.

Having heard that a Jedi was here they are met by Yulastranza and a tall thin man in a lab coat with black balding hair. She said, “Master Jedi, and who is this?”

Well that was an unexpected surprise. Kat hoped that Breela hadn't been antagonizing Ulgo forces earlier.
"My Lady," she bowed to her cousin and the stranger. "This is Breela Po, an associate of the Jedi Order. She had some concerns regarding the passing of Tuvi and asked me if I could be of assistance."
She glanced at the labcoat man and back to Yula. "Perhaps you are here for the same reasons?"

“A different matter but I am sure Doctor Balz can assist in this matter?” she said and the man nodded in agreement.
“What are your concerns?”

"Well, the concern is that his sudden demise seemed awfully... convenient," Kat didn't see a reason to not be honest with her cousin. "That he would suddenly end up dead after many protesters were arrested for acting out violently against prince Joran. It feels a bit like there is foul play going on."

"Oh he's a protestor?" she said as they walked to the morgue.

"Yes. Tuvi's been the leader of sorts... the peaceful leader. The violent actions yesterday wasn't his work, hence why we're looking into the matter. If someone would want to make the protests more violent, getting him out of the way would make it easier and avoid the movement splintering," Kat explained as they walked, fine with taking lead for the moment.

Yulastranza said as they walked, "Probably a Thul plot..." They enter the morgue and the doctor pulled out the bagged corpse of Tuvi. He unzipped it and showed the corpse to the people.
"Cause of death, chemical overdose, heart failure... typical for drug abuse," the man said.

Breela was somehow much, much less surprised to see little Ms. Bottle Crusher. She did however bow politely and make her introduction.
As they walked the facility she keeps quiet. Once they see Tuvi, she sighs, "... Poor stupid Churi. He wasn't a bad kid you know, just misguided." She turns to the doctor and Yula. "Thank you for allowing us to see him. Can we have a moment?"

The Ulgo heiress stepped back but didn't leave the room. She said, "You knew him?"

Breela nodded with partly exaggerated sadness, "Counseled him more like, his death is entirely the fault of his shepherds. Oh and if I may correct Knight Ulgo, he wasn't the leader and neither is Julio. No they were middle management, tools if you will, nothing more. Puppets."
Breela keeps a close eye on how Yulastranza and the doctor take to her words.

"Let me guess, House Thul?" she responded flatly.

Breela smiles but doesn't answer right away. "Maybe... and we'll be sure to pass on information, as it comes to light."

Kat only nodded, her attention mostly on the corpse as she was trying to look for obvious signs of foul play.
