[Day 10, LM] What May Be

[Galen Sol]

It was a secluded area, but not difficult to find. He imagined it would be easy enough to find him. Galen stood in the middle of the space. Navi and a holocton sat on a large blanket nearby. The hunter held out his new lightsaber and ignited it. Two beams of yellow-golden light emerged, and he began to practice.

[Baesal Zyn]

Thy's camp had not been too far from the location Galen had chosen to go practice so she opted to walk over there while R5 was taking a ride with the truck

''Hey there Galen'' she waved as she approached ''Yellow blade huh? Don't see too many of those''

[Galen Sol]

"I've not seen another." he agreed as he spun the blades about. "But, it's what I have. I've grown to like it. How have the past few days been for you?"

[Baesal Zyn]

''Stressful but I manage to pull through'' she replied with a smile ''You?''

[Galen Sol]

"Things have been interesting." He extinguished the saber and turned his focus to her. "But, I feel hopeful."

[Baesal Zyn]

''Any news about the hounds?''

[Galen Sol]

"The one we captured later is relatively fine. I've been spending a lot of time with her." he said. "But, the others are still corrupted. It will take time, at the least."

[Baesal Zyn]

She nods

''Still thinking of briging them to Tython for purification and release?''

[Galen Sol]

"Yes." he nodded. "If Blai and I can't find a solution, definitely."

[Baesal Zyn]

''That would be for the best if they cannot be cured'' she agreed ''Aside from that, any idea of what you will do after the festival?''

She grinned a big toothy smile

'' 'Cause if you don't I might still need help with the killik migration''

[Galen Sol]

"I won't know until tonight, but I hope to be making Alderaan my home." he said. "If I can help, I will. But, there may be other responsibilities for me to address."

[Baesal Zyn]

''I am sure but if you have time your expertise would be appreciated''

The knight moves around a bit, observing the décor

''Let's be optimistic: how do you think you will handle the palace life if you are chosen?''

[Galen Sol]

"It will be a change, but I don't think it will be too drastic." he answered. "Most responsibilities will fall to Jameela and I'll help her where I can. Of course, I don't know what those responsibilities might be. I think I'll get along well with her immediate family, so that should help."

[Baesal Zyn]

''They do seem like good people but politics will be inevitable...still Bouris's failed coup attempt will likely calm ambitions and brought a degree of catharsis to the planet.''

[Galen Sol]

"It's helpful that I've become acquainted with some of the locals, too." he nodded. "Having Blai and Garth around is nice. Even Zeno. Eventually, I expect Zanebry to pop up, too."

[Baesal Zyn]

''I have not heard of him in years...is he okay?''

[Galen Sol]

"I believe so." he nodded. "It's been some time since I heard from him. I believe he was tying up some loose ends after leaving Bankor. But, he should be living a nice peaceful life."
