[Day 4 - LA] The Beach Episode (Twin Event?)

[Dapper Dog]

Gaul was supposed to be at home with the twins but why, no one was trying to kill him so here he was out and about with a modest retinue of Queen’s Guard in body hugging shorts working on his tan at the beach. If he let people know that his brother and sister would be there… well might be there, so what?

The best parties are the impromptu ones.

Time for a beach episode.

[Katarzyna Ulgo]

A gathering with the twins, it meant it was likely for Brannis or Yula to be there, so Kat would stand by her words of supporting them.

The Jedi Order didn't exactly issue official swimsuits, and despite Riss' many offers of various cute bikinis and one-pieces and suggestions to go shopping for swimwear, Kat settled on... something that probably belonged in some watersport rather than a beach-party.

And then there was the belt, with the lightsaber at her hip, though the holster she kept it in seemed locked now. Maybe a way to keep out water and sand.

[Cynella Andrim]

Cynella, most certainly prepared for a beach escapade, came all sunscreened up with a large, floppy sunhat and a loose cover-up skirt. Her torso was only the bikini top though so she could properly display her physique.

"Ah! My two faithful team members! We sure showed them yesterday, didn't we?" she asked with a big grin and a flex of her muscles. Though well-defined, she surely couldn't compared to the hulking physique of Gaul.

There were several protocol droids on hand wearing garish oversized beach shirts serving drinks at a bar that must have been brought in by the prince. He was working on his tan with a mixed drink nearby and a few local nobles and hangers on trying to be seen with the Prince.

Gaul said to those arriving, “Do try a Sexy on the Beach, they are delicious.”

A beach day was something Omandri needed after the past three days being so loaded with problems both political and personal the Doctor was ready to just relax and have fun for at least a few hours.

He rolled up to the beach with a bag on his back he set up a chair near the others and stripped down to swim shorts similar to Gaul's. His own physique was was toned and a bit more muscular than one would likely suspect for an academic. Though his chances of standing out were likely close to none next to the prime physique that Gaul Panteer sported.

He smiled and waved to the others present so far "hey there, beautiful day to enjoy some fun in the sun!" He said happily "you all looked excellent last night during the Huttball match."

Kat gave a wave to Gaul, Cynella, and Omandri. It felt... weird to bow, on the beach. In swimwear. The Knight looked a bit out of place, and quite conscious of it. Still, she had toned muscles and was in most ways in pretty good physical shape. Probably had to be to do the gravity-defying stunts she had pulled off in yesterday's game.

"Hello... and thank you. House Rist played a pretty good game too. I'll give the credit to my teammates though for our game. Prince Gaul and Lady Andrim helped to make a pretty good team."

Gaul's suggestion of a very lewd-sounding drink gave her some pause. It's just a name right...?

[Cynella Andrim]

Cynella, for her part, was perfectly aware of the drink's name. "Oh I'm fine, I won't partake," she said, inadvertently leaving Kat in the dark about its meaning. "I do hope we have some sort of game here today. Would be a shame to waste such a beautiful day!"

[Omandri Rist]

"We'll see how the day develops, I've been doing my fair share of drinking the past few nights already." He said looking at the drink for a second.

"But I wouldn't sell yourself short katarzyna. You pulled some impressive moves yourself last night, though yes all the matches were a team effort." He said smiling to Kat.

Then the doctor turned to Cynella with a small laugh "a mighty competitive spirit Lady Andrim. I hadn't expected you to be so physical last night. It's good to see nobles from your home are built tough."

Meanwhile Jerri arrived fully dressed and set up a beach chair to observe.

He also had water for proper hydration.

From out in the water there's a huge spurt like a whale clearing its blow-hole. An observant participant might spot the golden eyes of Keyhote happily wallowing amongst the waves.

For his part Sando had set up a beach chair, a beach umbrella and a dry bar and was reading a book while slurping from a glass with an even smaller umbrella within. His board shorts read 'Into the Beach!' and featured an armoured knight charging a sand castle.

Jerri smiled, a hutt... and a Jedi... looking at Kataryzna... a forbidden love... across the stars.

Gaul rose and said, “Thank you all for coming to my beach gala, or the first meeting of Beach Club. There are a few ground rules for Beach Club; one you tell everyone about Beach Club, and I mean everyone, two if this is your first time at Beach Club you have to drink, and three no petty House squabbles at Beach Club.”

“Please enjoy and if you need me, I will be here drinking my sexy on the beach turning a beautiful golden bronze. And yes I have noticed you looking and no, don’t stop,” he said returning to his seat.

Wearing a one-piece swimsuit which wouldn't be out of place at Bar Shaddaa, interesting designs which helped accentuate her natural features. Riss was moving about the beach with one of those so called lewd named drinks in hand and a towel wrapped around her waist. Coming up behind Kat however, she pokes her in the side, "Heyyy, you," she says amid a bubbly chuckle.

"You're looking like you're relaxing a little at least," she says, smiling brightly as she sips at her drink through a straw. An almost passive raise of her drink at the mention of 'if it's your first time at beach club.' Meanwhile the others around get a quick glance and similarly bright smile as she sips.

Luna arrived on the scene, still hurting like Hell from the day before. She was sporting a one piece and a loose, flowing shirt to hide the bruises. No swimming for her today. Maybe.

A drink, though? "I would love a sexy on the beach, thank you."

She raised her glass to the rules of Beach Club and took a slow, luxuriant sip. Right about now, a sexy on the beach definitely beat a sexy on the beach.

"I am relaxed, Riss." She said those words but still looked a little like she was standing watch or something. A quick glance was given in Gaul's direction, some concern showing. Riss had been there yesterday when the protestors attacked, so she could guess why Kat was wary.

Gaul rose and said, “Thank you all for coming to my beach gala, or the first meeting of Beach Club. I wasn't looking for only that reason! Kat looked away and picked up one of those colorful Sexy-drinks being served. Stupid sexy Gaul and sexy on the beach.

"Anyone brought any balls or nets to play some volleyball?" she asked before drinking some more through the straw. Very focused on the drink for a moment.

Perfect diversion.

Sando extends a claw to a large pile of boxes

"His lordships loves a game so I packed a whole bunch o' nets for volleyball, beach volleyball, hutt beach volleyball and of course, grantha slam."

Droids provide all the balls and nets they need.

"I wouldn't say that my entire family is well-built. For instance, I've tried to encourage my dear sister to exercise more but she has so far resisted my attempts." She shook her head. "A shame, really."

Cynella clasped her hands together at the news of the game's setup. "How lovely! Yes, we must divide into teams." She tapped her lips and glanced around. "My my, how do they do that here on Alderaan?" She'd kind of just... happened upon Team Disaster, after all.

If she was so sneaky, maybe Gaul wouldn't notice her not taking any sort of drink...

[Garth Wayne Ulgo]

After the near encounter with the beach on Bankor, Garth ensured that his ship was always prepared to take advantage of any future opportunities.

So at talk of a beach party, and confirmation that his belle was locked away in her tower for now, Garth turned up board in tow, ready for fun.

"A shame indeed physical health is very important." He replied with a smile "Well at least you can be an example of health and beauty to others."

He turned as the games were getting brought out "alright let's do this, we could have team captains or just decide randomly." He suggested looking at those assembled.
