Alderaan - Love and Intrigue

After a tiresome start, and despite troublesome news, the rest of the day had been... relatively slow. Which was frustrating, in a way, but also gave Blai a chance to work quietly for some time. He should probably try to open up and talk to some more people... he was here to represent his house, after all. But these crowded events were so hard on him...

So instead of that, he went to a calm place on the fields outside, dressed only in simple clothes, the usual cargo clothing he used while exploring in front of him, and set to work on it. He seemed very focused on his work, trying to add some thickness to plasteel strips in parts of the clothing while keeping them flexible...

... but it seemed hard. Way too hard. After some time, and rather frustrated, he gives up, the plasteel he'd been trying to use scattered in pieces around him. He took a deep breath. He could try again later.

For now, though, he could do with a walk. As he did, he kept thinking. He ought to open up and talk to people...

During his walk, he'd come across Galen, lying on his back, staring up at the sky. A small creature sat on his chest, tugging at one of his pockets.

"No more snacks, Navi. You'll ruin your dinner."

During his walk, he'd come across Galen, lying on his back, staring up at the sky. A small creature sat on his chest, tugging at one of his pockets.

"No more snacks, Navi. You'll ruin your dinner."

The wolf by his side started growling before he'd even seen Galen or the little creature, but Blai quickly took his hand to her back to sooth her. When he sees the creature, though, a smile grows on his otherwise despondent face.

"Oh, hi Galen! Who's that lovely fella?", he says, pointing at Navi.

"This is Navi. Navi, this is Blai." The creature stared up at the man and his wolf. As did Galen. "How are you feeling? No ill effects from the water, I hope?"
