[Day 9, LA] What Happens Now?

[Galen Sol]

Once again, Galen came to the palace with a basket in hand. He requested to see Jameela and any other members of the royal family who might like to join them.

[Dapper Dog]

A woman observed the damage and took notes on a datapad and then turned when she heard footsteps approaching and said, “I don’t think we are accepting visitors… wait you are that young man courting the princess right?”

“Believe my husband said you helped him at the museum, Gavin?”

[Galen Sol]

"Galen." he dipped his head. "You are Prince Unther's wife? I am pleased I could meet you. Your husband is dedicated and brave."

He looked around. "It is the museum and everything else that has been damaged that I had hoped to discuss."

[Dapper Dog]

"Oh? What about them?" she asked giving him her full attention.

[Galen Sol]

"I only saw the museum, Castle Panteer and here." he explained. "Was there significant damage anywhere else? I have the sense the attacks were focused on specific targets, but I'm still concerned about collateral damage."

[Dapper Dog]

"We have identified dozens of targets planet wide, but the bulk of the forces hit Panteer and Thul holdings, thankfully none of their intended high value targets were killed," she admitted.

"My old family must have gotten sloppy."

[Galen Sol]

"How will recovery and restoration be done?" he asked. "Will there be a need for volunteers?"

[Dapper Dog]

"With a great deal of resources and labor, is the most expected path, volunteers will always be welcome," she said honestly. "Is this you, volunteering?"

[Galen Sol]

"It is." he nodded. "I'm not an engineer or craftsman, but I gained some experience with rebuilding on Bankor."

"There was also a ruined hyperfuel plant out in the sands with a still running Sith experiment." he added "We destroyed the machine, but it would be best to cleanse everything."

[Dapper Dog]

“There are plans in the works for that site, and I am sure when the time comes, we will welcome the offer the aid of volunteers. But for now, we need to get things organized but that won’t take long. It will also be much easier to address after the holiday has come to an end,” she responded.

[Galen Sol]

He nodded. "I thought as much. I just wanted a better understanding of the situation and what will need to be done.
I can't replace the relics for the museum, but I can help with its walls."

[Dapper Dog]

"Recovery is going to be a painful ordeal but our people will endure," she said proudly.

[Galen Sol]

"I have no doubt of that." he smiled.

He held up the basket.

"I brought an assortment of bread, cheese and fruit, along with some mintea." he offered it to her. "Thank you, for meeting with me."
