As the jizz musician starts to play Garth smiles and reminisces. " 'Member that jizz club back on Bankor? Black Garden?"

"How could I forget? I--"

And then the emergency broadcast started. "No, I've no idea..." Tethys abandons her kaff and catches up to Garth as he's speaking with the guards.

"This is a military matter now, civilian, please report to the shelter," they repeated forcefully.

"I'm a Jedi Knight, and this gentleman is commissioned in the Republic Navy, Officer...?" she looks pointedly for a name plate on the anonymous armor. "Anything I can do to assist?"

With no facial cues from which to read the guard's state of mind, she instinctively reaches through the Force instead...

"Like I said master Jedi, we are securing the spaceport for the Crown," they repeated brusquely.

Tethys looks alarmed... though not for the reason the guard might expect. "Where's your commanding officer? I've been investigating House Thul. If public safety at the port is at risk, I can assist."

Both completely true statements.

At the same time, she puts a warning hand on Garth's wrist and tries to shoot Aly a 'beware enemies' look.

At the touch of Tethys's hand, Garth lets out a mental sigh and flicks the safety switch on his Dragoon, enabling Stun mode.

Turning to the crowd, he lends his voice to the commands of the soldiers, trying to evacuate as many civilians off the street before anything violent goes down.

"Master Jedi, House Thul has betrayed us, they are laying siege to the Panteer palace!" the officer replied. "We are securing the port for the safety of the people and the Crown!"

Aly frowned, and extended her Force given senses, trying to sense the motives and any surface thoughts. "Really? Care to tell me why Ulgo troops are here to declare emergency in an Organa territory?" She raised an eyebrow expertly, awaiting the response. "If I'm not satisfied with your answer, I will talk to your manager."

Giri hopped into the seat and started tapping at keys to bring up internal security and started slicing. It was easy as she blew another bubble and then brought up the targeting reticule… “Like shooting thraxxian fish in a barrel… which is a really weird thing to do. Mental note come up with better one liners.”

“Also stop talking to myself… although I really am the best person to talk to.”

Meanwhile

Down at the security check point two turrets pop out of the floor and start targeting the heroes.

"Fall back to the Turtle! Defensive positions!" Durasay called out, his voice amplified by the Cascader. Moving back, instinct occured. A flick of his wrist from his regalia, and a cylinder clicked out.

The sound of it activating was an evil hiss, yellow fumes emanating from the sickly yellow blade.

"They're right, Aly," she grits out. "I'll cover you."

If Alysele gets killed while she's here, Niall will be DISAPPOINTED.

"Last chance!" With a sweeping gesture of her left hand, she calls on the Force to yank the nearest unsuspecting Ulgo squad into the bluegreen arc of her lightsaber blade.
