[Day 7 - Early Evening] Loose Ends

[Galen Sol]

"Alright." Galen said. "We'll call in our transport and move her. It shouldn't take too long."

[Aurilie Alde]

Aurilie smiled sheepishly as she held up a hand at the compliments from Blai. "My apologies, I suppose I really meant that Ser Keyhote being alive allowed me to make that claim to him. It was hardly my intention to brag about it."

She gave a glance to the sedated hound, perhaps making sure that the medicine had properly taken effect before reaching for her commlink to request a transform.

[Blai Frayus]

The scholar gave Aurilie a grin. "Oh, I didn't take it as bragging, miss Alde. We would certainly not be speaking about it in such a tone if..." He shakes his head, then smiles again. '"Well, no need to consider it. But one way or another, you've no reason to make little of your skill. And... As I said, I'm glad to see it comes paired with a kindness for animals too"

After another look at the hound, he looks at the others again as they wait for the transport.

[Aurilie Alde]

"I'd like to think of it more as diplomacy than strictly kindness." She smiled faintly. "It just comes as an expectation when living in a rural region such as Mount Joral. There are a good share of farms to tend to, as well as some hounds we keep for hunting as well. Development on the land is difficult and we don't often push out more than we need to, according to Alderaanian conservation customs, but I still we find ourselves with a good share of visitors. In a way, we must co-exist with the animals and often the less violent methods are best."

"I've met all kinds of hunters." Galen said. "You are definitely one of the better ones, in many ways."

[Aurilie Alde]

"Thank you, Galen," she gave him a deep nod. "My apologies if we might have gotten off slightly on the wrong foot, considering our first impressions. My priority was on urgency and I suppose the blunt methods are often the quickest, without knowing the full scope of what was truly going on in the wild and the story with the Sith experiments. I suppose we're thankful that more studious individuals such as yourself and Ser Frayus here could shed more insight on what transpired here."

[Galen Sol]

He shook his head. "There was certainly urgency and I don't believe we could have captured Black Tooth alive, not safely. I think we choose and deployed our methods well."

[Aurilie Alde]

Aurilie shook her head at that with a faint frown. "No, I suppose not. I could think of a few ways but killing was just the quickest option but it had done so much in a matter of seconds. It would be different to think what would happen if a minute would pass or even if it took days to lure. The casualties might have mounted far more to make it worthwhile. I think at the end of the day, I'd rather our people come out alive."
