[Delmi Koor]

Delmi sat eating some lunch in her quarters early that afternoon. She had changed into some more casual clothes in preparation to go and watch the Thranta Race that was starting. No blasters meant it'd be hard to accomplish much in defense of the crown if something were to arise... and her morning conversation with the terrorist led her to believe that the race may not be such a huge threat. So for now she sat eating and thinking over next steps.

Coming from House Organa... Wonder who that could be...

[Dapper Dog]

Theron checked in on holo, "Sounds like we are closing in on the targets you provided."

[Delmi Koor]

Delmi chewed her food and nodded, "Yeah... they let me know they were going for Blackkat when they arrived at her work. Wish I had been there... but I guess the less video out there of me getting rough with people, the better for now..."

She leaned back in her chair and folded one leg on top of the other.

Always the holo-call. One of us has to be near death to get the other in the same room.

"So d'you find out anything more from that trace? Organa isn't a name that's popped up much in our investigation so far."

[Dapper Dog]

"My honest guess, they want it to look like Organa," Theron said.

[Delmi Koor]

"Yeah?" She said as she continued to masticate some nerf meat.

"Well... I guess that leads us to questioning these folks when we are allowed to see them."

[Dapper Dog]

"It's just a guess, this person is a world class slicer, so it could be anything without analysis, but at least our intel says they are in custody, just not sure where," he responded.

[Delmi Koor]

"Really just need to figure out if the person on the call this morning was the same woman we have in custody. Because... whatever they were talking about with killing the 'children'... We gotta stop that. I haven't heard anything from them." She replied.

[Dapper Dog]

“So they want to go after the kids… that’s bad but this group has not proven to be all that capable. This could all be distraction?” he responded.

[Delmi Koor]

"A distraction for what?" She asked, interested in his gut feeling.

[Dapper Dog]

"No idea, but these attacks have not been anywhere close to competent, or real threats," he said honestly.

[Delmi Koor]

"It does have the effect of getting everyone's guard up though... despite the shitty quality of their attempts. You usually distract to get people to lower their guard somewhere else... Where aren't we protecting? Where aren't we watching?" She asked as she began thinking to herself as well.

[Dapper Dog]

"I agree, which is what bugs me, there is something we are missing," he said.

[Delmi Koor]

"Well... I hope we aren't looking for it in all the wrong places. Though, I don't know if I'd prefer it being something we just didn't notice was under our noses all along." She replied.

[Dapper Dog]

"Well we just keep moving, that's what we do," He responded. "You do the hard work, and I do the harder work, and we will win."

[Delmi Koor]

She chuckled a bit. The first bit of mirth she'd had in the past few days.

She nodded, "Damn right."

[Dapper Dog]

"I'll keep analyzing this data, any word from your mother?" he said.

[Delmi Koor]

"Nothing since the pleasure cruise." She shook her head.

[Dapper Dog]

"Maybe she will come out of hiding. Or maybe she will cut and run," he said grimly.

[Delmi Koor]

"In theory... one day she'll call me again. Don't know when or where..." She replied.

[Dapper Dog]

"She does not seem like the motherly type, just my observation," he said honestly. "Not that I can really say much."
