[Day 1 - EA] Good Kids

[Riss]

While the two tended to the kid for the moment, Riss meanders over toward a spot she can get a good view of where the others had gone. Not that she expected them to be so bold to get up to their tricks again but a passively given watch over the fairgrounds helped settle her hand a little and calm her mind a bit. Most importantly, it gave space for the Jedi and Hutt to do their thing.

Riss could always offer the help she had in mind later, when it was more appropriate.

[Dapper Dog]

Most importantly, it gave space for the Jedi and Hutt to do their thing.

Riss could always offer the help she had in mind later, when it was more appropriate.

They had made their way towards a stage and of singers and got lost into the crowds.

[Desilijic Keyhote]

"Also what's a Hutt doing on Alderaan?" he said rubbing his jaw.,

"I am on a galaxy wide quest for love. What are you doing on Alderaan?"

[Tarlia Nirazas]

Tarlia stepped back, close enough to help but far enough away to not crowd him.

"Just a Knight actually. Tarlia Nirazas. Might I in turn ask our own name?"

She smiles slightly at his comment, "Well he seems to be rendering aid to someone in need, which makes him a fair bit more noble then the bullies who struck you."

[Dapper Dog]

"Name's Vaki, I came here to find my family... but I should have figured this is how it would end up," he said spitting out some blood.

[Desilijic Keyhote]

Pause
"So you are on a noble quest as well?"
Sando gently massages his temples, this could prove problematic
"I am Keyhote of the Desilijic, Pantha will inform you of the rest of my titles later. You are well met Knight Tarlia and Twi'lek male Vaki. Also the other noble lady over there."

[Riss]

"Riss, just Riss," she says, her tone distracted as she watches a little longer for the kids to reappear but they didn't and she turned back toward the group. With the swing-motion in her step she focuses first on the Hutt, "That's.. funny in all the right ways, about the love thing." she says, chuckling and shaking her head. Walking more toward the group she saunters with one hand on her personal blaster as a matter of comfort.

"I'm the Captain of the Rimma Roundabout.. could be maybe I might be able to help a bit more than just standing around? Especially if there's creds involved," she says with a bit of a smirk. "Love it when there's creds involved."

[Dapper Dog]

"I used the last of my creds getting here, my dad... he said that I was an Organa... it's complicated," he said sheepishly.

[Desilijic Keyhote]

Keyhote tuts
"What are credits compared to a quest? Can money fill the hole in a heart?"
Pantha starts muttering above life-saving surgery about the Hutt quiets him.

"Vaki, complicated is good. The best quests have complicated families with hidden heritages revealed at the appropriate time. Arriving broke and penniless on a new planet to be set upon by villains is also a good step. I believe you are doing well so far. Although if you would wish to elaborate on your parentage...."

[Riss]

"Credits.." her tone drifts as she looks down a moment, hooking her thumbs into her belt. Letting it slide as she lets focus return more to the kids story than anything else. All too apparently chosen as she adds in a, "Alderaanians are usually pretty complicated like that," with a far more present tone.

[Tarlia Nirazas]

Tarlia looks to the others. "A pleasure to make your acquaintance as well. Miss Riss, Mr Desilijic."

She dips her head politely. "And thank you both for intervening for the sake of Mr Vaki."

As the Hutt gave his impromptu speech, the Jedi's smile turns more...pensive. "I believe that is more akin to a holodrama, Mr Desilijic."

"Families often can be complicated, Mr. Vaki. But if I may ask could you perhaps provide more information? Maybe one of us can help."

[Dapper Dog]

The twi’lek is about to reply when a trio of Guards wearing the colors of House Organa approach the kid following them. He pointed and said, “I am not sure what the Jedi is doing there but that Hutt and this smuggler Captain are up to no good and the Hutt threatened me!”

The Guard said, “Hutt, is this true?”

[Desilijic Keyhote]

The twi’lek is about to reply when a trio of Guards wearing the colors of House Organa approach the kid following them. He pointed and said, “I am not sure what the Jedi is doing there but that Hutt and this smuggler Captain are up to no good and the Hutt threatened me!”

The Guard said, “Hutt, is this true?”

Keyhote looks offended, his backs straightening slightly
"A knight has no cause to threaten a child. It is possible he felt threatened by proximity to my great bulk, he is clearly small with underdeveloped muscles. As for Miss Riss, I have not witnessed her doing anything improper."

[Tarlia Nirazas]

"I believe it more accurate to state the young Lord," Tarlia nodded to the youth who had summoned the guards, "Had been brutally beating Mr Vaki here. When Mr Desilijic and Mrs Riss here intervened to protect the young Twi'Lek from further harm." She pointed to the Twi'Lek and then to the others.

"Which incidentally is why I am here as well."

[Dapper Dog]

[Riss]

Seeing the little son of a Hutt come back, apologies to Keyhote, Riss was busy glaring off at him from behind the Jedi. When they said their respective pieces Riss rolled her neck, coughed into her hand and pulled attention to her and then with a far too pleasant smile she comes around Tarlia's side, placing her hand on the womans shoulder as she does so. Stepping forward to the guard she lays her hands out passively and sighs, "Myself and my friends here are unfortunately quite guilty of ruining the little lordlings fun by suggesting he doesn't find it in taking his anger out on Twi'leks. Really, kind of a shame that considering Organa always seemed such a pleasant house form the outside looking in," she sighs, shaking her head a little.

"But.. maybe it's better we all just forgot about this little trouble, mmm? Little lordlings family doesn't have to be embarrassed and we can help out our friend here," she asks, but raises a finger, "Actually! Our friend here has suggested he's an Organa, Maybe you would be able to show a good credit on the Organa name, during this time of year no less, by helping point him toward whoever might be able to confirm that for him?"

She lays it on thick with an all too pleasant smile, "I'd really appreciate the decent gesture."

Keyhote looks impressed, whispering down to Sando
"Pantha, take note. This is one that loves how she works."
The Drall nods. Hustle respect hustle.

[Dapper Dog]

The listen and the guard said, "You can speak to Niall Organa or Ashlin Organa, both are of influential families."

"Thank you for sorting this out, let's go Jarrold."


Jarrold shot death eyes at the woman but followed along.

[Riss]

Waiting just for the right moment where the guard wasn't looking, but Jarrold was, Riss sticks her tongue out at him and scrunches her nose.

[Desilijic Keyhote]

"And now she appears to be....I am not sure, in pain?"
Sando shrugs
"Nicely done Miss Riss. It is a good day when justice prevails."
