While things would get more tense later, Riss was still in the area of the fair even before that. Having left the meeting with Captain Alderaan and the kid she sought the enjoyment of the festival which she'd almost entirely missed up until today as she rushed around with princes, princess', and the looming threat of death. Feeling a plan in motion, something that she could manage, she could relax for a morning at least. Finding herself a nice spot among the fairgrounds she sat on a blanket set down in some grass. Baskets of flowers around she casually started grabbing some while she relaxed here. While the crown was the more traditional showing of love there was a smaller item her mother always used to make. Something her and her sisters would make every year, until Riss grew old enough to hate the past-time.

With everything having moved on from then it almost feels sad, but there's also a warmth to it as she sits and focuses on the task in her hand. Weaving herself the first of what might be many.

No soup for Arsele. Soup was for poor people and Jedi. Well, maybe that was part of the point of what was happening across town, but that could handle itself.

No, she was out to enjoy the day, especially now that it wasn't too sunny. Still warm and dry, of course, but Arsele really did not like sunburns. And she'd always believed the old wives tale that too much sun gave you premature wrinkles. It'd been one of the benefits of living in the red light district back on Nar Shaddaa really; The tall buildings provided plenty of shade.

Riss was ever so busy on her blanket amid the festivities alone, with her basket of flowers slowly. Flowers which were meticulously being woven into a flower bracelet efficiently with dexterous motions of her hands.
