[Day 9, LM] Resurgence of the Soup

Pancakes couldn't be done every day. But, there was still a need for comfort food, especially after the previous day. It was just soup, but it was warm and hearty. Galen hoped it would help people feel safe again.

[Blai Frayus]

Having confirmed that the university itself was safe, helping provide for the people sounded like a sensible thing to do. So, when he heard Galen was there offering soup again, Blai decided to tag along - bringing some herbs of his own to add to the flavour, and the will to work serving plates or washing dishes.

"Morning, Galen", he said with a smile, and thought about what else to say, but just getting to work seemed more fitting.

[Galen Sol]

"Good morning, Blai." he smiled. "It's like to be an interesting day."

[Blai Frayus]

"Good morning, Blai." he smiled. "It's like to be an interesting day."

"It should be, yes", he said, smiling as well. "It's good to see things... calm, I guess.", he adds, hands busy with serving soup.

A moment of silence and he looks at the hunter again. "Do you have.. expectations for today?", he adds with another smile.

"There will always be people who want soup." he shrugged. "Hopefully, the festival will recover quickly after yesterday. Hopefully, it will lift everyone's spirits."

"Beyond that." He offered Blai a smile. "I hope we enjoy ourselves. I think we all deserve a little fun."
