Aside from watching the race, Breela is currently relaxing the whole day with her feet kicked up. Though I'm going to try and change that soon. But If you pick a time I'll work around you.

Equipment: Always wears a utility belt, various items stuffed away including two or three concealed weapons, a few stim packs, and a flask/canteen.
