[Day 1 - EN] Monday Night Huttball

"Need for a drink but in no means connected to what you've been thinking about," Cynella mused. "My, my, you really are the mysterious type, aren't you? Yes, I suppose I'll have to ply your secrets out of you with some alcohol!"

"I just like drinks, so let's see what you can manage to get out of me," she chuckles, and then ushers them forward and back toward some seats. With her other hand finishing off the bottle she still had and setting the glass down on the counter once they got there.

"You practically guzzle them down, from what I've seen," Cynella said. "I wonder how you keep up that nice figure of yours regardless. You'll have to teach me that secret among all the others."

Once at the table, she rested her cheek on her palms. "So! What do you think of Alderaan so far? I don't recall if you've been before."

Garth tilts his head to one side and grins. "Ye ball, ye fly, ye're gettin' more and more intriguing as th' night wears on Miss..."

He pauses in confusion and laughs. "Ah don' think ah ever caught yer name."

She set down her glass and slid it towards him with a small smile.

"I don't suppose that means intriguing enough to get a drink suggestion from you, hm?"

Omandri shrugged sipping his beer, the man was thoroughly professional he wouldn't hold it against him though. "An Astute assessment about what I figured based on the briefing I read on the way in."

He looked over at Gil hos expression a bit more serious "What do you think about House Thul? Everything going on with them."

This was not particularly the place for this sort of conversation, but he wasn't one to not answer a question from a noble when asked. "They're dangerous, and I am wary of anyone that would ally with those that would carpet bomb a temple and school, even if it's occupied by your enemies."

He paused. "The name of the leader of their blackguard tells me all i need to know about them and their predalictions."

"Neat. Sounds like fun, got an idea of when you're hittin' em? Or still in plannin' stage? Can give ya my comms contacts if yer still plannin'" Azura grinned "I got some work stuff planned but I'm sure I can plan around it."

“Probably tomorrow evening. No time like the present.” She said with a smile as she pulled out her futuristic tech to collect communication information.

She set down her glass and slid it towards him with a small smile.

"Well since 's all paid for in full, ah can' go past a classic. One minute m'lady." He says as he answers and heads to the bar with Arsele's glass.

He returns shortly with two glasses if a richly dark liquor. "Two Manhattans, ah hope it meets yer approval."

Things are pretty much the same from back then but.. it's been a thing to remember. There's a lot more to this planet than just the pretty roses, mm? Really are pretty roses though, kriff."

A short laugh. "Ah, sometimes I wonder if I'll get a knife in the back. The House of Assassins surely must be an exaggeration, right?"

"Actually meeting with one after this. Someone I dated- well, not dated dated. More just slept with when I was ferrying him around places. Decent enough work.. good times," she says, chuckling.

"Personally? For four years, after my stint of service with the Republic army, I took up the duty upoin returning to Aldeeraan. Thoguh my family has served for generations." He added, not that he really had to but it seemed Omandri was unaware.

He took a sip of his tonic water after it arrved. "Any reason for the interest?"

he then cleared his throat "But its always nice to run into another veteran. What did you do? Infantry? You have that dangerous, disciplined vibe about you."

Ferried him around a few times on behalf of the republic actually," she says with a brief smile.

"They were good times.." she drifts, a new thought taking her attention as she looks to Cynella. A wry smirk growing as she leans in on her hands a little, "I could tell you more details if you want? Like how his-"

Always figure a way out of my messes one way or another, got plenty of friends around for it," she chuckles, a quick thought spared toward Kat and there's an awkward tinge at the end of the chuckle.

Cynella smiled faintly. "Darling, you know I'd help you out of any situation if need be. I'm sure there are many others who'd say the same. The thing is, you can't rely on that or else you might dry up people's good will."

She looked away with a soft sigh. "I sound like my mother."

Arsele is smirking as Garth comes back, taking the glass, "I'll certainly give their Manhattan a try. But m'lady? Really? I didn't know there was that sort of person who would visit Bar Shaddaa here still, these days."
