[Day 5 - MN] The Moonlight Rave

[Riss]

"Those are usually very fun.." she says, leading with a raise of her brow. Shifting a little she casts a glance toward Joran, but focuses on this 'ladies man' in front of her, "with Cynella though?" she asks, there's a definite change to her tone. Suspicion not revealing itself directly but certainly coloring the sound of her words.

[Dapper Dog]

“What can I say, I don’t seduce and tell… well I don’t divulge the good stuff. She was satisfied, I was satisfied… but the people have always called me a cunning linguist. If Joran fails to rise to the occasion do give me a call,” he offered.

[Riss]

"I'll consider it if I ever need someone to lie to me for a petty self-interested reason," she offers too sweetly for the words that were said, a pleasant smile resting on her expression. "I've known Cynella for a bit now, we've spent plenty of time together as I even brought her here on my ship. She's not the casual hookup kinda gal. I would know, I tried," she laughs, warmth mixed with an incredulous tone to the notes of it.

"Well I am not you, obviously. I have something you don't, class and a beautiful face," he said rising.

"Joran throw this Lanar trash back to the spaceport."

[Riss]

Half snarl, half smile, Riss' upper lip lifts a bit as she shakes her head. Incredulous was the perfect word for how Riss was feeling. "No, I actually have a decent personality and don't need to puff up my hubris with gross lies. Five seconds ago you were just throwing out the idea of sleeping with me, so, nice, really classy of you," she chuckles, shaking her head. With that retort given she turns her focus away from him and onto Joran. There's a need there to see what he was thinking, a hopeful look to her eye.

Joran suddenly felt at the center of things as both were looking to him to back them up.

There was an easy sincerity in her voice, marked against the floundering of the dashing rogue when he was called out, all of it lead toward one conclusion.

“You are seriously considering this gutter trash slut-” the Panteer was trying to say before Joran silenced him with a punch to the face causing the man to fall out of the hot tub.

Joran shook his hand and said, “Go cool off cousin.”

Riss' smile wavered for just a moment as the word came out of the baron's mouth but it flashed away in an instant. Eyes widening as a sharp single note laugh comes out in the surprise of it all, the baron falling out of the tub. She almost couldn't believe her eyes it went that far at first, her gaze lingering on the scene for a moment. Eyes tracing back first to the hand, then to Joran himself, "I- was not expecting that," she says, there's a very present warmth in her tone. Regarding him in the moment, "Thank you," she adds.

Riss really liked that.

"He was out of line, and no problem. Sorry you had to see that," he said taking a seat.

"Sometimes family is dumber than we'd like, I understand that a bit too well," she says, that warmth shifting to softness. Setting her glass down she rights herself up, holding a hand out toward him, palm up, "How's your hand?"

"It hurts," he said chuckling, "Like seriously."

Riss' smile grows first as she reaches her hand forward a little more, laughing at the final comment with a slight shake of her head. "Well, I'm not much of a doctor but maybe I can take a look at it? Make sure it's just sore," she says, giving that little beckoning close and open of her fingers. Joining her other hand with the first to make a little cradle for it.

In the quick moment waiting for his hand, she glances off toward the side and asks the nearest person sweetly, "Can you please go get me a bag of ice? Thank you," she adds on, limiting their ability to say no.

Having just wandered into the Rave, and stepped past a semi conscious royal, Garth is a little surprised at being so directly addressed but shrugs and heads of to retrieve the ice.

She did ask nicely after all.

He returns a few minutes later with a bag of cubes and a bag of shaved ice.

"Y' never said which y' wanted Miss." He explains as he holds both out for Riss to choose.

[Omandri Rist]

A moonlight rave was never something to miss, one hosted by royalty? Omandri was certain to be there. Definitely changed from the class and shimmer silk of the suit he wore to the cruise. The doctor was wearing colorful shorts and acomplementing button up shirt open down the middle.

He had seen the scene caused by the prince decking a smug looking possible relative. He wandered over to the scene he smiled to his friend "hey Riss." And turned to the prince "That was a hell of a hook Joran. How's the hand feeling?" He asked raising an eyebrow seeing the bag of ice.

[Delmi Koor]

Delmi arrived at the rave with her two new ‘friends’ trailing her as they had done the bulk of the day. Being (in)famous was such a burden sometimes.

She found a spot near the drinks and began to scan the crowd before finding Prince Joran surrounded by people in a hot tub. The whole ‘wet’ vibe was not entirely what she was expecting, but had casual clothes on that she didn’t mind getting wet in.

What am I doing here? Probably shouldn’t have come…

Breela heard about the Rave that was set to happen and arrived as soon as she was able. Then, as was her want, she found the closest barstool and ordered a beer. "Geez what a day! Whatever's on tap, thanks!"

[Gil Corren]

Letting the Doctor out of his sight to attend a latenight Rave? Not after this evening's fun events. Like the Queens guard, gil didn't come dressed to swim and party, and he lurked a bit on the edge of the party keeping an eye on Omandri, but trying o let the man have his fun. Hopefully it would be a quiet evening but one punch had been thrown already, and it was hard to say if there would be more or not.

Joran said to Omandri, “I think it will be fine just need to get it on ice probably.”

Meanwhile the young Baron crawled away and said, “I think my nose is broken!”

Joran said, “Maybe check him out, if you could.”

[Riss]

With Joran's assent, she holds his hand in hand, testing his reaction a little with light touches. Shifting attention briefly she looks to Garth with a smile,"Thank you," and after a moments thought, takes the shaved ice bag first. Though she does look to a spot beside her drink, "Can leave the other one there if you don't mind. Thanks again," she offers, another warm smile. Taking the bag of ice and gently applying it to his hand, holding it there. Getting in a quick smile to Joran before her eyes flit away again briefly to greet Omandri with a "Hey."

"Just don't be.. too nice about it, mm?" she suggests with a slight pointed nod of her head toward the Baron on the ground to whomever seemed willing to check in on him.

Focusing back on Joran's hand, "Is it feeling any better?" she asks, there's a slight lead to her tone as if she's going somewhere with this. Shifting the hold of the ice to be somewhat more comfortable against the hand.
