[Day 5 - MN] The Moonlight Rave

Omandri nodded "sure thing see if he's OK, but don't be too gentle with it. Got it." He said walking over to the man crawling on the ground.

"Hey there I don't look it right now but I'm a doctor, Prince Joran told me to come take a look at that nose." Omandri said in a more business like tone, based on Riss' reaction he assumed the man had well deserved what he got.

[Breela Po]

Breela is leaned against the bar drink in hand when she sees Omandri, patching up someone with a broken nose? She laughs and rolls her eyes, No rest for the wicked. I'm going to have to pull him off the clock and get that dance in. She scopes out the bar looking for people to talk to but so far all the action is centered around the prince.

[Dapper Dog]

Omandri nodded "sure thing see if he's OK, but don't be too gentle with it. Got it." He said walking over to the man crawling on the ground.

"Hey there I don't look it right now but I'm a doctor, Prince Joran told me to come take a look at that nose." Omandri said in a more business like tone, based on Riss' reaction he assumed the man had well deserved what he got.

The man whimpers crying about his beautiful face at Omandri but he seems fine besides the nose damage.

“It will be fine,” he said warmly. “Just didn’t expect to have to punch anyone tonight, I guess.”

[Riss]

"Well, just for good measure then," she says with a warm smile. Looking to him as she sets the bag of ice aside for a moment. Raising his hand up a little, leaning down in turn, hair brushed away- and staying there given the wet from the tub. Riss lays a simple kiss on his knuckles, and then lowers his hand back down before replacing the ice on the hand. Looking back up she smiles warmly, and nods, "That should do it."

[Delmi Koor]

Delmi downed another drink as the bloodied man came nearby and had the doctor watch over him.

Some random partier spraying a water gun into the air caught Delmi in the rain that followed. Delmi wiped the water from her face along with a rolling of her eyes as she got another drink and found a place to sit.

I should probably just head back to my room… This ain’t my scene…

She looked at Biff and Griff momentarily to check their level of amusement before deciding on going back home after this drink was finished.

[Joran Panteer]

“I think I am cured,” he said with a smile and then waved to Delmi to get her attention.

[Delmi Koor]

Delmi caught the gesture and returned it with a nod of greeting.

After a second or two she stood up from her seat and walked over near the pool the prince and company were gathered around.

“Hey.” She said simply looking to anybody who was still near by.

[Riss]

Satisfied, relaxing as she holds the ice to Joran's hand, Riss was all too readily there with a brief smile as Delmi walked over. "Hey," there was a brightness to it as she greeted in return. Of course, though she held the ice against his knuckles for now, the moment Joran needed his hand again it'd be free with an easy slip away.

[Joran Panteer]

Delmi caught the gesture and returned it with a nod of greeting.

After a second or two she stood up from her seat and walked over near the pool the prince and company were gathered around.

“Hey.” She said simply looking to anybody who was still near by.

"So... like what the kriff?" he asked.

[Delmi Koor]

She chuckled, “Yeah… Bad day for heroes of the Republic, huh? One of us is a terrorist and the other had to sleep with Layne for everybody to see…”

She shrugged and kept a smile on her face as she crouched down lower to the poolside. “Luckily… neither of those things are actually true.”

[Joran Panteer]

"Okay well then what is really going on because it looks really bad," he asked.

[Delmi Koor]

She nodded, “Yeah… I get that. I do.”

She looks around at the setting and the people present.

“I can’t say much… but what I can say is that there’s some pretty serious stuff goin’ down right now… I’m tryin’ to help it not go bad.”

She paused, “That thing that happened at the parade earlier… those people who attacked you… it’s part of something bigger… And it seems that I uhh… don’t know how to uhh… take a break from stuff and just enjoy a vacation.”

[Joran Panteer]

He nodded and then said, "Damn. A wild conspiracy?"

[Delmi Koor]

“Pretty wild.” She said with a nod.

“It’s got all y’all at each other’s throats right now. Pointing fingers at each other… Meanwhile the people responsible are just chilling out in the shadows.”

She shrugged, “I don’t like it when those types of assholes are feeling sweet and pretty… And they don’t like it when I knock on their door.”

She turned her hand over, “Hence… the fake videos trying to make me and Layne look bad.”

[Riss]

"Any idea why?" Riss asks, chiming in with a slight furrow to her brow. Curiosity of one form of another written on her expression. Curiosity of a form which perhaps rarely ever hurt anyone, "Why they're trying to stir up trouble with everyone, that is. The big scheme," she clarifies further with a soft, brief laugh.

[Delmi Koor]

Delmi shrugged, “You seem like a nice girl and all… but unfortunately I am not at liberty to say.”

She added, “All I can say is that there are crazy people out there who want to change the way things are… no matter the cost. And it’s easier to do that by spreading misinformation and getting the powerful to fight each other than to push for change peacefully.”

[Joran Panteer]

"Well whatever is going on, our people can handle it. Just was weird to see you mixed up in that mess on Delaya," Joran said.

[Garth Wayne Ulgo]

After following Riss's instructions with the ice, Garth had slipped into the far side of the tub, not close enough to be a blatant intrusion, but still within earshot.

"Sounds like someone's def'nitely got it in fer ya Major, an fer all of th' planet. If there's anythin th' Ulgo can do fer ya, or at least this Ulgo in p'ticular, lemme know."

[Riss]

Not at liberty to say, there was a slight furrow of Riss' brow at that comment. Removing the ice from Joran's hand to give it a bit of a break she settles in against the side of the pool. Elbow resting against the edge bent so that she could rest the side of her jaw in her palm. The position somewhat naturally bringing her just a bit closer to Joran as she looks to Delmi. Glancing over toward Garth at his comment briefly to give her time to parse everything.

"Definitely strange," she adds as a softer comment. "Saw those vids though, earlier this morning.. looked pretty wild. Seems like you almost can't go a day without hearing about something going on with Thul," there's a leading to her tone, inspiring the thought to be finished on one's own.
