Riss watches them leave, and then watched the water pistol slide across the floor toward them. In that moment she slowly reaches for her glass, and takes a sip, "Looks like I've got a pretty bad average going tonight," she chuckles, it's slightly awkward.

Garth glances toward the Prince, not understanding. "Ain't the Thul allies of th' Panteer's?" He asks in genuine confusion.

"If they're as bad 's everyone says, then wha's up wi' that?"

“I’m not a fan of House Thul, but at least they didn’t threaten open war like Duke Ulgo,” he said flatly. “Politics is politics, man. We don’t have to like our allies.”

For now he got a drink and did some thinking.

She then turned her sights on Jocasta and started unleashing her slippery arsenal at the other woman.

Jocasta was surveying the room for possible threats when an attack came from where she least expected it. These water guns had a ridiculous amount of water and she was now soaked.

After firing, she dove behind a droid server for cover while also collecting a drink.

Her heart fluttered as she met his eyes with a grin, "You oughta know by now I'm anything but a 'good' little Jedi. Maybe it's because you bring out the bad in me." She pulled him down into a kiss, "I think you're owed a dance or two from me." She purred.

He accepted the kiss quickly and smiled as he pulled back "I suppose you do, not exactly the venue I had in mind but I'm sure we can make it work."

Other party goers join in and soon much of the party is engaged in a soggy war of water tag.

Garth looks up from his grave and grins at what he had started.

Recovering from his mortal wound, he re-enters the fray a whirling dervish of foam and water.

He accepted the kiss quickly and smiled as he pulled back "I suppose you do, not exactly the venue I had in mind but I'm sure we can make it work."

"Tonight, I just want to let my hair down and have fun. Tomorrow is uncertain." She said taking his hand and pulling him towards the music.

Omandri smiled and followed her through the battlefield of water and suds laughing the whole way until they reached a dance floor "Well I can certainly get behind that idea! You only live once after all." He said in a bright tone as they danced.

Somewhere along the way she had managed to shed her burdens. She smiled brighter than before, laughed freely, danced without a hint of regret. After a while she'll look suggestively at Omandri, and if he's into it suggest that they pass the night somewhere. But even if he wasn't feeling it, she felt like nothing could dampen her spirits tonight.

Breela was definitely getting the better of their exchange, but Garth wasn't averse to cheating and pulled a bystander in front of him to take most of the salvo Breela laid down.

He still copped a face full of nasty tasting soapy water, defeating his intended witty comeback, and was partially blinded as he futilely shot his load at her feet.

"Y' can call me whatever y' like, as the victor Miss Breela, jus' don' call mah Commanding Officer." He replies as his human shield darts away in search of a towel.

"Never thought ah'd get wetter here than at the beach."

"I have that effect on men." She winked playfully, handing him her gun before turning back to Omandri, "your secret is safe with me. We'll just chalk it up to weapon's malfunction."

Omandri smiled at Garth but his voice had a mock chiding tone to it "Now Mr. Ulgo I know you're new to the whole nobility thing but a gentleman doesnt try to sneak attack a lady." he said a playful grin on his lips "Normally I'd have to defend her honor but it seems she's quite capable of doing that herself." he said with a small laugh.

Garth laughs in return. "Ah saw that little orange number Miss Breela were barely wearin' at the beach, ah'm surprised she's not gettin' attacked more often, sneak or not. Must be yer noble guardianship scarin' off th' usual predators."
