Answering Gil's request to a meeting, Kat arrived by thranta for their agreed upon meeting. Rather than wearing her usual jedi-attire, she wore more civilian clothing today, with only the plain brown robe over to give that first-identifier of "jedi"... the lightsaber was still present, of course.

Gil was there to greet her and with a bow he spoke. "Good morning, Lady Ulgo. Sorry for the sudden request fir a meeting."
"I appreciate you making the time."

"Good morning, sir Corren," Kat greeted, offering a bow in return.
"It is the duty of a Jedi to help," she assured with a calm smile. "How may I be of service?"

"Well, I had a few questions you might be able to help me with." He offered as he gestured for Kat to follow him.
"Do you know a jedi Zyn by chance? Togruta, medium height, female."

She nodded and listened.
The name made her press her lips together into a neutral expression. "I am familiar with Knight Zyn yes. I cannot say I know her well, having only met her a couple of times here on Alderaan. Why do you ask?"

"Well, I encountered her last evening at the museum alongside another jedi Yil, and professor Kellen Rist, and some of what she said concerned me."
"First and lesser is her insisting she be taken to a meeting Professor Kellen has this afternoon of academic importance. It wasn't much but I found her demanding attitude rude and even a little insulting."
"Second and more importantly is her stance on the kiliks."

Well it was hardly a surprise. It seemed to be a reoccurring pattern. "I see. That is concerning."
"And what is this stance on the Killiks?"

"Well, she has seemed to taken it upon herself to circumvent any proper channels and attempt to transfer a kilik hive off this world onto another. A planet in the Tython system she claims in uninhabited, just to see the effects. It's a dangerous prospect and in my mind at least quite insane. She has even taken the time to communicate with the kiliks themselves about it."
"This level of disregard for the safety of others and the galaxy isn't normal, at least in my mind, and I'd like to strongly suggest she be examined by a doctor for signs of kilik influence, as well as a psychologist to assess her mental state." He paused for a moment. "And I should likely add, at present I consider her a threat to House Rist and Alderaan and shall take the appropriate steps if her obsession looks as if it will harm those i guard."

She knew the Knight had been interested in the Killiks, but this was... a troubling development for sure. "... That is quite concerning. Even if a planet isn't inhabited by people, there are still ecosystems that would be greatly disrupted by such an invase species..."
Kataryna sighed, and nodded to Gil. "Thank you. I will forward what you have told me to the Jedi Council today. And I understand you must take your precautions to defend those whom you are sworn to defend, sir Corren. If anything does happen, please don't hesitate to contact me or any of the other Jedi present on Tython."

"And thank you for your time, Lady Ulgo." He replied with a whisper of a smile as they walked the grounds. "I should also thank you on a more personal level as well though. AS you can tell my encounters with members of your order here on Alderaan have been a bit troubling. You though, other then the flirting with Prince Gaul have been exactly what I expect of a member of the Jedi order." There was probably a bit of teasing in his tone when he mentioned Prince Gaul.
"It was a breath of fresh air, Thank you."

Kat raised an eyebrow at the mention of flirting.
"Thank you, I... just try to be the Jedi my master taught me to be, while also finding my own path in this galaxy we live in," she bowed her head to him. "I think some of my fellow Jedi might sometimes think too much about being the next hero or the next moment of glory... forgetting that it is the small moments that make us the heroes in the eyes of many in the galaxy. A moment of kindness, compassion, or friendliness."

There was a slight smirk on his lips as she raised her eyebrow, but he felt no need to bring up beaches and sun tan lotion.
"Aye, that seems true enough as least as far as I've seen. There is a padawan here, name of Yil. She seems to do some good work though. Has assisted Professor Rist with some of his problems as I understand it."

"Padawan Yil from all I know is a talented and good person. She does her teachers proud," Kat agreed, having found the padawan very agreeable and sensible herself. "Padawan Daz too has his heart in the right place," she chuckled, "even if this holo-blog is a bit... not my cup of tea, but it seems harmless and entertaining for people."
"Have you had the chance to meet the other Jedi here, such as Alysele Organa, or Tethys Carrack?"

He nodded and filed away the information about padawan Yil, that she left Kat with a good impression was a fine thing. "I can't say I've seen these holo-blog's. If they don't suit your tastes though, i'm pretty sure they wouldn't suit mine."
"As for the other jedi, I have met Miss Carrack briefly. She seemed nice." Perhaps a bit out of touch with common people but that's all he could say there, and he wouldn't say so out loud. "I have not had the chance to meet Lady Organa though."

She wondered how Alysele would impress Gil, but that could be a mystery for another day.
"I too have a very good opinion of Knight Carrack, so I'm glad to hear she gave the same impression to you. It's... a shame that the Order seemed at odds with House Rist, for a lot of the Festival. I hope that can be amended in the future."

"A pair of members is hardly the full order, and as I said Padawan Yil worked alongside Professor Kell. So I think it's not terribly far away that things are smoothed over. Especially if that's somethign that contineus in the future." He'd find someone to set poor Kellen up with, probably.
The man was pretty hopeless with women after all, still pining after Lyseil Panteer likely.
"I do with I had a bit more time to speak to Miss Carrack though, she seemed like she would have a interestign take on things."

"The Order tends to bring together people from many different walks of life, which gives many unique insights to the galaxy. I'm sure all my fellow Jedi could offer interesting takes on a variety of subjects."
Then again, maybe not. Some were not philosophical or deep thinking.
"Have you had a chance to enjoy the Festival at least, outside of the kitchen-services?"
