[Day 4 - LM] DoorDash

"Ah yes? How strange. It really is turning into an odd day and it has hardly begun!" He gave Azura a grin as he thought about who she could mean. "Now then, was our mutual friend a busy young human Padawan? Or a tall blue alien with a fondness for S's?"

[Dapper Dog]

''What affairs to you have with Mister Vis?'' the jedi inquired

"What do you mean, master Jedi?" they asked holding out their hands to unlock the binders.

[Azura Mora]

"Ah yes? How strange. It really is turning into an odd day and it has hardly begun!" He gave Azura a grin as he thought about who she could mean. "Now then, was our mutual friend a busy young human Padawan? Or a tall blue alien with a fondness for S's?"

There was a laugh.

"The fondness for s" she said, dragging it on a little "seems they lost something from our little friend here and would like to have him return it to her. Many fingers in many pies this one" she looked down at rat creature then back at the box "guessin' he also stole from you?"

[Kellen Rist]

Kellen smirked. "Indeed, and now I am rather confused about the identity of my mysterious benefactor." The box had not exploded. Yet at least.

"I suspect that our friend here is in a bit of bother with all sorts of people now." He looked back at the furry alien. "What do you say Ulmo, can you talk your way out of all of these situations? I am truly sorry for your loss. Perhaps you can convince Padawan Yil to speak for you?"

[Dapper Dog]

"Well tell Janeq I have her money, but it's complicated," he said in Huttese. "Some Jedi came and saved me from them dirty Mandalorians... said they got hired by someone, and they were a rough sort! They would have killed me!"

[Kellen Rist]

"We are all glad that you were rescued Ulmo. Could you tell us bit more about these Mandalorians? And your Jedi rescuer for that matter." Clearly it had not been Jedi Zyn or Padawan Kumos .

[Dapper Dog]

Ulmo said in Huttese, “Looked like a human like you, can’t really tell you folks apart guess you come in a few different shades of human. Think it was female of your species but you all look pretty ugly and weird to me. Oh the Mandalorians were a rough sort, big guns, angry, they all followed their leader called herself Mondo.”

“I think it was Mondo.”

[Azura Mora]

Azura looked to Kellen.

"You believe 'im?"

[Kellen Rist]

"Mondo? Mondo the Mando?" Kellen blinked and looked at Azura then Baesal before looking back at Ulmo. "Did the human female Jedi have a name?"

*He's going to say Jeni the Jedi isn't he.*

[Dapper Dog]

"I never learned her name," Ulmo admitted.

[Baesal Zyn]

''Mmmmh'' Baesal thought to herself ''I might know someone who would to something like that. I'll have to check.''

She eyed the package

[Azura Mora]

"Mando? Mandalorian?" Azura looked confused "bit of a step from Mandalorian to Jedi."

She shook her head, then knelt down to the little guy.

"I hope you're not holdin' out on us. There's plenty of people who would be less nice askin' questions."

[Dapper Dog]

"I don't choose human names," Ulmo retorted in Huttese.

[Baesal Zyn]

''How exactly are you involved in this, Azura?'' Baesal eventually asked a bit bothered by the situation

[Azura Mora]

"If you didn't eaves drop well enough the first time I ain't repeating it for ya tentacles" Azura shrugged.

"I don't choose human names," Ulmo retorted in Huttese.

"Yeah, human names are weird" Azura chuckled "but places you remember right?"

[Baesal Zyn]

''Just stop with the xenophobic nicknames, will you?'' She turned to Ulmo ''In any case you are going to spend the several next few days in custody.''

She texted a message to her contact

[Dapper Dog]

The contact says they can keep the thief secure until things are settled.


Ulmo sighed and said in Huttese, "Well I have a very particular diet, and uhh yeah I was on Delaya in a cantina maybe? I know I was on that city planet for sure, sector... something."

[Kellen Rist]

"Is Delaya where you were supposed to hand over the item?" Perhaps it was time to pay his cousin and the Witch a visit.

[Dapper Dog]

"It depends, if I comply do I get to go free because technically I didn't do anything wrong?" Ulmo countered in Huttese.

[Kellen Rist]

He responded in Huttese. "That is up to the authorities. However, if you cooperate fully then perhaps the museum will not press charges on this occasion. Padawan Yil said you were good at your job, she might even be prepared to monitor your community service, if that were approved."
