It's a beautiful breezy day with temperatures around 22 C in the morning peaking at 24 C in the late afternoon and then back down. House Thul seems to be back to normal, the security exercise must have finished. it's an easy day at the Festival and all the talk is about the Great race on the next day. It's a relaxing day around the Festival grounds.

House public affairs office releases the following statement on behalf of Lord Bran Ulgo and House Ulgo:

Last night, a small group of suspects planned to initiate violence at the annual flower parade. Thanks to quick thinking by Jedi Knight Katarzyna Ulgo, Count Serenno, Captain Riss and Lord Bran Ulgo, the only person to sustain an injury was one of the suspects. Multiple suspects are in custody and law enforcement continues to investigate the matter. One suspect is a minor member of House Ulgo and the House has disavowed his unconscionable, rogue actions.

"No violence in the name of Alderaan is acceptable right now," said Lord Ulgo, a member of parliament and well-known military figure. "Those who fought and died to bring peace back to Alderaan demand continued peace and security for our home, and House Ulgo categorically condemns any violence during festival. We disavow and condemn anyone using the Ulgo name to promote or cause violence to our fellow Alderaanians, whose safety House Ulgo works hard to ensure."
