[Day 6 - LM] Semi Pro Mud Wrestling

"Ah, Captain Alderaan! You need to do it like... this!" Cynella spun around one time to be sure she had the space to not kick anyone with her actual foot or mud. Then, she kicked up high, landing backwards into a handstand before doing a softened landing in the pit.

Niall laughed at that. "Goodness, Cynella. It looks like you have moves. Color me impressed."

And then he slung some mud at her, because, well, that's what one did here. But it was a polite amount, and he smiled as he did it.

"Lots of practice. And strength, ugh." Such explosive power wasn't her forte; she'd done well maintaining her performance over the course of that Huttball game. The flashier stuff, well, apparently lied in Kat's and Aurilie's domain.

The mud smack caught her off-guard. She blinked afterward and then smiled ruefully. "I think I'm not so used to how messy this all is. Is it really something that's done on this planet that often?"

Keyhote gracefully slides through the mud on his back, eyes closed and humming quietly as a bow wave of the stuff seems to break all around him. Sando runs on the Hutt's belly reading a book, the two seem quite content in a slug person's natural habitat.

Galen ran and slid along behind the Hutt, following his wake. He continued to pick up and hurl balls of mud at various targets.

Jameela laughed and then scrambled to her feet and flexed and said, "Rawr, master Jedi!" She tries to tackle Kat but just ends up face first in the mud for her troubles.

Bran was an honorable man. He wouldn't do anything nefarious behind someone's back. He very carefully waited until Jameela was standing again, whistled to get her attention - a giant smile plastered across his face - and then he hit her squarely with a big splash of mud. He laughed warmly, hoping she'd appreciate the fun.

Of course, he'd left himself an excellent target standing there doing all this, and karma being what it is...

The good doctor wouldn't miss out on an opportunity for fun in the mud! He was there dressed in just a pair of tight fitting shorts he wore to the beach showing off some impressive musculature.

He found something to swing on and does so with gusto releasing and doing a flip before landing in the mud and sliding toward some on lookers. He got himself on his side head resting on his hand giving the people a wink as he slid past.

Well, if that was the case, she might have to *fight* the Prince. Sliding across the mud like she was an olympic figure skater, she adopted a 'fighting' pose when she slid into his field of view. As if to give him the opportunity to rise to or decline the challenge.

Actually, it seemed like Aurilie was this prince in question as Layne sought to make her challenge. Aurilie narrowed her eyes on the other woman as she took up an aggressive stance. Admittedly, they weren't here to completely make nice and not roll in the mud. That wouldn't be the spirit of things! She put up her hands and gave a few nods at this accord. "Right then, how do you propose we do this, Miss...?"

A barrel-roll, that'd be a good trick! Wearing a flight training bodysuit in House Girard red, she made a run for it to jump out and hopefully land on her feet as well. She'd spin past the attractive woman in the wetsuit to impress her and maybe get an in with her!

She didn't launch as far out of the mud as she would have liked though and ended up sliding past face down in front of the woman instead. Though there were two fortunate side effects of this, neither of which Arsele realized;
1) Her hair stayed out of the mud and looked impeccable, definitely a win.

2) She caught ahold of Aurlie's wetsuit to keep from sliding into the wall at such speed on the slippery mud, even if it meant giving the woman a bit of a wedgie.

However, perhaps thanks to the fact that Aurilie had her hands up at the ready of her challenge, she managed to catch Arsele by the shoulders before her chaotic momentum could yank Aurilie in an unfavourable position or otherwise get taken down in the progress. Her bare feet sank into the mud to make temporary and questionable footholds to maintain her stance.

"Whoa! Hey! Careful now!" She could call back at the other woman in front of her.

"...or not," she said with a shrug before raising her hands up in a victory posing.

It was still a victory even if you didn't have to do anything for it.

Able to sit up with Aurilie's help, Arsele looked back and forth between her targtet and her seeming challenger after she brushed some of the mud from her face, "Ummm... I didn't interrupt something, did I?"

Her front was quite muddy from the attempted jump and subsequent slide, and Arsele worked to brush it from her face enough to not look too awful at least.

Face cleared off, she looked down at herself with a sigh, "Hardly like we're trying to be very composed here, for once."

Breela skated over to Arsele kicking up another layer of mud for her to wipe off, "Whoops, sorry." She giggled mischievously. "Come on Layne, you take one I'll take the other!"

They clashed and she found her grip and then with a strength hitherto unknown lifted the man over her shoulders in a most beautiful suplex that even a Wookiee would be proud of… even if she strained her joints and back it was worth it…

Whether from Galen's distracting mud toss or the brewing tag-team match nearby -- or maybe because Bran had underestimated Jameela, worrying more that she'd be mad than that she'd tackle him -- the Ulgo man doesn't realize his danger until it's too late. Now not only is she grabbing at him but she's setting to flip him. He manages a surprised "Whaaa..." on his way up and over, and, although he's not an especially large man, he definitely displaces a serious amount of mud as he crashes down. He lays there a moment in complete shock, his face registering 100 percent lack of understanding of how this had happened.

"What the actual f--" he begins slowly-- before erupting into riotous laughter. As the lord manages to push himself to his feet -- no hiding a bit of unsteadiness -- he continues to laugh, although it's subsiding. With a half-smile, half-glare at Jameela, he challenges, "Oh, I'm going to get you for that."

And he did. Sort of. His plan to lift and toss the princess worked as far as him scooping her up in the safest way he could think of - cross wise - and then starting to spin before he would toss her safely where there was no danger of collateral damage. Except the mud disapproved of this spinning maneuver, and before Bran could do anything to stop or steady himself, he became the safety mat cushioning Jameela as they both crashed into the mud.

Advantage to at least not hurt Jameela as his stunt goes awry.

Breela skated over to Arsele kicking up another layer of mud for her to wipe off, "Whoops, sorry." She giggled mischievously. "Come on Layne, you take one I'll take the other!"

Aurilie raised her arm up as she tried to avoid some of the residual mud that went toward their direction, favouring Breela with a frown. "Well, you don't seem very sorry if you're looking for a fight, Miss Po. Naturally, we will defend ourselves if that's the case."

Galen moved quickly, avoiding getting caught up in Brannis' attempt at revenge. He tried to help Jameela, however, grasping at her hand. It slipped free, sending him wheeling backward, trying to stay on his feet.

Kat was busy wiping mud from her face, courtesy of Galen, as the big smackdown was going on. Finally having cleared it, she saw Brannis and Jameela going at it, with Galen helping out, and she couldn't help but to laugh.

It was all incredibly silly, and dirty, and just... plain childish, but she laughed whole-heartedly anyway at this breath of innocence into the daily life of intrigue and politics.

Scooping up a solid handful of mud, she aimed at Galen to exact her own revenge, but ended up slipping, falling back and flinging the mud up in the air... which landed on her again.

Not that she seemed to mind at all judging by her warm laugh.
