[Day 5 - MA] The Duke

“Just trying to coax the creative genius out into the open a bit. He deserves all the attention for his production. Truly first rate. It’s a shame that they are so shy.” She replied.

“One wonders what else they may have waiting for us… their captive audience.”

[Zeno Thul]

"I do wonder if they also write and direct. Or if they are behind the production themselves." Zeno looks around.

"Do you think they are involved?" he asks.

He looks at the Rist group and watches to see if any start using datapads or pass any notes. He was ready to call on the force to read anything they might make available if the opportunity presents itself.

[Baesal Zyn]

“I don’t follow rumors, master Jedi,” he responded.

She gave a nod

''A healthy habit. May I importune his lordship about a question of military nature?''

Delmi paused for a moment as she watched the Rist delegation walking…

She wasn’t willing to let Xero know what she knew… he was too shady. But she was considering telling the Sith. Zero’s interests were very obviously with his family… and that made him more trustworthy in this weird situation. What sort of alternate reality was she living in…

“Ol’ Silverfox there… He’s a problem. For everybody here on Alderaan…”

The Rist people just leave, nothing shady, they seem pretty normal.

She gave a nod

''During the Sith Empire's assault on Alderaan they used an old hyperfuel refinery located in the desert to the north of the hunting grounds. I know it was bombed heavily during the war but I wondered if those in charge or the troops on the ground might have noticed anything peculiar about the location. Something out of the ordinary.''

"An individual is a problem that can be solved," Zeno states. "The question is how to solve it with minimal collateral damage. The answer is to make keeping him around to Rists's detriment. What do you know that you can leverage? If we can convince Ulgo or Organa to pressure them about the man in the right way then he can seem more a liability than a resource. Convince them that an enemy hides in the Rist camp."

He looks at Baesal and Bouris. "Bouris is a war hero and a staunch defender of the world. Word means little coming from Thul or an associate to him. Have other heroes of the war take that information to him after convincing them. Perhaps an Organa or a Jedi. And if you end up needing something a bit more violent should that fail, I will get directly involved at your request."

The Duke responded, "We smashed a lot of places, if it was run by Sith we made sure it didn't work after we were done. If you're asking me if them psycho crazy Sith did weird stuff, probably. If I cared, nope, because brute force tends to solve that problem."

She nodded, “Workin’ on it as best we can… The violence thing though. Probably not a good idea for you to be killin’ anyone… There’s probably nothing more that he and his friends would want to see…”

"Probably not a good idea, no. Do you know what their intention is? Because at a certain point a bad idea becomes a good idea if it protects my daughters and my family," he replies, coolly.

[Delmi Koor]

“Their intentions? See people like you hated and destroyed.” She replied.

“Don’t play into their hands.”

[Zeno Thul]

"The Thuls?" he asks. "Or all non-Rists?" All the information he had thus far was that it was a Rist noble that was harmful for Alderaan.

[Delmi Koor]

She shook her head.

“Some other time.”

[Zeno Thul]

"Alright," he says with a shrug.

"How have things been going with the search for information on your mother?"

[Delmi Koor]

“They have progressed significantly. I think your wife would be interested in the findings… Perhaps we can find a time to discuss it together in the near future. Preferably in a private setting.”

[Zeno Thul]

"Of course," he says with a nod, then grins. "I'd ask if you want a drink but I suspect the answer to that might be a secret too."

"Whiskey? Wine? Beer?"

[Delmi Koor]

“Surprise me.” She replied with a chuckle.

Zeno moves off somewhere to grab a couple beers. Might as well complete the trio since he hade wine and whiskey earlier.

"Fancy beers here I guess," he says, handing her a glass.
