Galen watched from the deck as the ship pulled away from shore, then slowly began to walk around. It was a fantastic vessel. Every inch of it seemed devoted to leisure or entertainment of some form. Multiple pools, hot tubs and saunas. A full service spa. A large gym. Dining rooms. Shopping. And, so much more. He'd only seen a small fraction of it all.

None of it interested him.

He fidgeted with his suit and explored some more.

Black tie was something that Gil could do, as a bodyguard he was after all expected to be able to attend events with those he was guarding, and while usually he could just wear a standard guard uniform to those, at others it was best not to stand out in such a way. Thoguh in what was commonly a sea of black,or midnight blue his white dinner jacket and black pants may of stuck out just a little.

Seeing a somewhat Familar face in the ship, Gil made his way over and offered a nod of greeting towards the other man. "Galen."

"Gil." he returned a friendly nod. "What do you think of the ship? It's not my usual kind of travel."

"It's impressive." He offered after a moment. "Though I think it's a bit much for me." He replied with a shake of his head. "I suppose I'm a bit used to such things as a part of my duty, but when I'm here outside of that I just don't know what to think of it really."

"I agree." he nodded. "It's nice, but a bit too much. Most of the luxuries here are things I'm unlikely to ever use. I guess that's true about luxuries in general."

"True, though I'd say it's also affected a bit by your ideas of luxury." He glanced around the surroundings. "I'm sure there are some out here that would call this normal."

"While on the other hand others might think of a hot meal as a luxury."

"What about you?" he asked. "What would you consider the perfect meal?"

"I tend towards something warm, filling and nutrionally balanced." That probably wasn't the type of answer Galen wanted but it was what it was. "With maybe a scoop of ice cream for dessert."

"It doesn't really need to be fancy at all, as long as the taste is on point."

"I was half expecting you to say pancakes." he chuckled. "I'm not much different. I'm partial to roasting something over a campfire or a hearty stew."

"Pancakes are a nice treat." Gil replied with a slight smirk, though it didn't last long. "Couldn't really do them everyday though."

"But both seem to be things easy to cook outdoors. I suppose that makes sense for a hunter."

"Wouldn't be quite the same here, though." he shrugged. "I imagine they can make almost anything you want though. Seems like the kind of thing that would be expected on a ship like this."

"Yeah, I don't figure they're about to build a fire in the middle of the kitchen to properly roast a piece of meat over it, even if you asked really nice." Gil replied with a shake of his head. "Like you said though, they'd give it a try and likely have whatever kind of meat catches your fancy. Or at least something close to it."

You couldn't stock everything after all. "How did the hunt go by the way?"

"It wasn't easy, but we were successful." He adjusted his right arm. "We took care of the hounds and dealt with the cause of their condition. A few of us were hurt. But, thankfully, we all survived."

He nodded his chin at Galen's arm. "I take it you were one of those injured?"

"Still glad to hear it was taken care of, and no one lost their lives."

"Electrified." He glanced at his arm. "It doesn't want to move. But, I've had worse and it was worth it."

"Mmm... If you have the time you might want to look up Doctor Omandri Rist, He'd likely be happy to have a look at it for you. Especially given your recent serviice to Aldeeraan." It didn't sound too bad, but no harm in getting it checked out. Right?"

"I'll probably do that." he nodded. "Not until the cruise is over, of course. I can make do."

"I met him briefly a few days ago." he added. "Friend of yours?"

"Something like that." Gil replied with a shrug. "My family has served House Rist for generations. I work as something like security or a bodyguard for the family."

"Omandri is one of those I've been keeping my eyes on."

"Ah, so you've probably had a few injuries yourself." He grinned. "Anything interesting?"

"Nothing particularly out of the ordinary. Broken finger's, dislocated shoulder, cracked ribs, a few burns from blasters. Even been rattled a bit from explosions. That was during my time in the Military though." He looked towards Glaen's arm. "Never really been electrocuted though."

"It hurt?"
