[Day 5 - LM] Breakfast Clubbed (Closed)

[Dapper Dog]

Rhys Organa was seated at the table by himself on the balcony overlooking the lake. He frowned as he waited for his guests, a datapad sitting near his plate and a cup of tea waiting to be sipped, still piping hot.

He did not seem pleased.

[Niall Organa]

Niall wasn't especially pleased either. But he did want to respect his father's wishes.

And so, properly dressed, refreshed, and shaved, he went to the breakfast, as requested, arm in arm with Aly.

"Father." Niall greeted his father as they arrived.

[Dapper Dog]

"Good morning, have a seat. Tea?" he responded.

[Niall Organa]

"Please." Niall waited until his wife was seated until he sat down. "That sounds lovely."

He had a guess as to what his father intended to bring up. There was no sense in rushing it. His father liked to be in control, and would bring it up when he wished. And so, Niall waited patiently.

[Dapper Dog]

A droid poured tea for Niall and his wife.

[Alysele Organa]

Aly was there of course, smiling and dressed as proper. She had an inkling, but was mostly sikent.

(Afk for a bit)

[Dapper Dog]

"So what is our official response to this... media trash?" he said pushing over the datapad with the video queued up.

[Niall Organa]

Niall grimaced. "I think we should ignore it. Aly and I will continue to be seen together in public, and obviously supporting each other. I expect it will be forgotten soon." A quick smile for his wife.

He shook his head. "I am quite confident that this is happening because of an investigation I'm involved in. Which reminds me." Niall sighed. "House Organa likely has a leak. Shots of my office needed to come from somewhere, and it's quite likely that a member of our security team gave it to the slicer."

[Dapper Dog]

“Deal with it Niall, we can’t have this kind of trash being tied to our families. Give me more about this investigation in case her majesty asks unpleasant questions of me,” he responded.

[Niall Organa]

Niall's lips pressed together. "Is this spot secure? We need to make sure we're not being recorded." He didn't think there were any cameras on the balcony, but perhaps that had changed when they'd been away.

He cleared his throat. "Likewise, with the Queen, I urge discretion, unless you're confident that no nearby devices are recording. These criminals are remarkably tech-savvy."

[Dapper Dog]

He frowned and said, "Then perhaps we should not discuss anything till you have dealt with these security concerns."

[Niall Organa]

Niall nodded. "I shall make it a priority."

[Alysele Organa]

"And I shall help you dear."

She responded helpfully, making it obvious she had no concern about the reality of the rumor.

"Perhaps...can we prove it its fake somehow? Some kind of techncial trick?"

[Dapper Dog]

Rhys nodded to the Jedi and then his eyes went back to his son.
