[Dapper Dog]

Rhys tapped his desk wondering when the circus came to town.

[Niall Organa]

"What... ahhh." Niall cleared his throat. "Father, this is Keyhote, the Hutt... questing knight." Well, there was a sentence he never thought he'd say.

There was a brief pause.

"Why don't I show everyone out?" Niall said. "Or, at least, to Vaki's room?"

[Riss]

"I didn't even get an introduction," she says, putting on a pout. Hands going up in the air they shift and come back down fingers interlocked to support the back of her head. Glancing between everyone she adds a shrug, "Sounds good to me. Riss, by the way," she says, looking toward Rhys. "Pleasure meeting you, ya know, briefly," she says with a smile. Hands breaking she takes up first and waves before going to move for the exit.

"I didn't even get an introduction," she says, putting on a pout. Hands going up in the air they shift and come back down fingers interlocked to support the back of her head. Glancing between everyone she adds a shrug, "Sounds good to me. Riss, by the way," she says, looking toward Rhys. "Pleasure meeting you, ya know, briefly," she says with a smile. Hands breaking she takes up first and waves before going to move for the exit.

"Actually, Captain Riss," Niall said, his voice strong, easily carrying. "If I might have a moment of your time. Privately."

With a reassuring smile, he gestured down the corridor, leading her a short ways away if permitted.

[Riss]

Raising a brow she nods, curious as she was, and then follows.

Niall waited until they were a bit away before speaking to her. He leaned in, pitching his voice lower.

"I rather expect that Vaki is not going to be entirely forthcoming with me. Which will make all this rather challenging for both of us." Niall smiled wryly. "He seems to trust you. Do you think you could talk to him again? Perhaps tomorrow? Discover his interests. Perhaps he's a budding artist? Or a natural with computers? We can see about finding education to suit his interests, but only if he tells us honestly what those are."

[Riss]

Once they stopped Riss finds herself a spot to lean against the wall with one shoulder while her opposite hand rests on her hip. Leaning a little into the conversation as well to keep voices lowered as she listens along, "Alright.. sure, yea I can do that," she nods. Giving a quick shrug, "I mean I'm not sure if he does, but if you think he does? I can give it a shot. Kid's.." she shakes her head, laughing to herself. "This is all a little ironic, really," she holds up the hand from her hip and waves off that thought. "Don't worry about it."

"I can do that. Whenever the kids ready for it, I'll swing by," she reasserts with a nod.

Niall looked at her, one eyebrow going up. "What about the kid? Do you have some sort of concern?"

He smiled gently. "Or was that more of a personal sort of irony?"

[Riss]

Raising a brow in turn, she chuckles and nods, "Personal sort."

The eyebrow went up a little higher. "Anything you'd care to share?"

[Riss]

"Not quite yet, but maybe someday mmm?" she suggests with a brief smile, shaking her head for emphasis. "Just personal history, Mr. probey," she adds with a slight scrunch to her nose, giving it a teasing shake.
