[Niall Organa]

Well. It had already been quite a day.

Grunting, Niall undid the ties to his cape. That done, he was able to unbutton the collar to his uniform jacket. "I don't know why they make these collars so tight. I suppose they want us keeping our heads perfectly upright."

Smiling gently, he glanced at his wife.

[Alysele Organa]

Aly was already out of her day's wear, and slipped into a gown over her t-shirt, an odd yet charming combination. Her lightsaber was not far from the bed, though out of reach at the moment.

"Maybe! You do hold yourself well, at least, love." She smiled and moved closer to give him a peck.

[Niall Organa]

"Mmm." Niall smiled, leaning closer to accept the quick kiss. "Although I admit, I froze up a bit in front of the Queen. She really does have a presence. Perhaps if I hadn't had meeting after meeting today..."

Sighing, he began to work on the buttons of his shirt. There were rather a lot of them. As he did, he gave Aly a sidelong glance. "How was your day, love?"

"Oh, she just reminds you of your mother, I am sure. Beuatiful, stately, stern. Will spank you if you misbehave." She smirked at him, and sat on the bed, observing his ritual of...undressing and showing off his body.

"Oh well....I found out I'm old now, officially, I guess. Xeno Thul contacted me, to look into a local movement of the youth. It was an experience, for sure."

Watching Aly watch him, Niall couldn't help but smile. Finally managing to get his jacket off, he took a moment, rolling his shoulders. A stretch, to be sure, but also displaying just how finely muscular his form had become.

"Xeno Thul. Yes." Niall frowned. "The fellow sent me a rather rude note, actually. I gather he wanted me to know about the meeting. Towards what end, I don't know."

Hanging up the jacket, he turned to Aly, now dressed in tank top and slacks. "Tell me about it?" He asked gently.

"There's Xeno Thul and Zeno Thul. How do they keep them clear, I have no idea." She started undressing her gown leaving only the tee

"There's a youth movement going on, about seceding from the Republic, and kicking out nonhumans. It's all very disappointing, really."

[Niall Organa]

"I don't know. That is confusing." This time it was Niall's turn to quietly watch, smiling as he did.

Unbuckling his belt, Niall slowly stepped out of his slacks. "That is concerning." He said, frowning. "And disappointing. Is it backed by the Thuls?"

[Alysele Organa]

"Doubt it, as they are pretty pro-Ulgo actually."

She shrugged. "They have...weird ideas. And they hate the Organas. Which is unfair. Cause we're awesome."

She smiled and stepped closer to him. "So far just gathering information before taking a step. Though not sure what would be the best way to do this."

[Niall Organa]

Niall smiled. "We are awesome." He stepped closer to her, his hand coming up to brush back across her cheek, through her hair.

But then he frowned. "I don't understand why a Thul would want this to be looked into, though. Unless Ulgo is taking advantage of anti-nonhuman sentiment to strengthen their own position." Niall grimaced. "I've seen the sort before that thinks that Republic patriotism and hating nonhumans can go together. But it can't."

Aly enjoyed the touch, and let her hand wonder, hugging his back.

"Mhm...I agree with you. I mean, I used to have more strict ideas of what is good for the Republic, but pushing nonhumans out? No way. They have a right, as much as we do. Most of them helped found the Republic even."

She sighed. "Today's youth seems so...angry."

[Niall Organa]

"Mmm." Niall closed his eyes, enjoying the closeness. They'd spent so much of their lives apart, every moment together was a joy.

He tilted his head down, his grey eyes meeting her blue. "Sometimes its hard not to be angry. The Sith has attacked us three times in my lifetime. If you don't have any way to turn that anger into a useful direction, well, it can go in a bad direction."

Frowning, Niall considered, even as his hands settled around Aly's waist. "I wonder if there's something we can give them to do. A project for the good of Alderaan, or something. Hmmm..."
