For once, Niall wasn't wearing a cape. He liked his cape, but he wasn't stupid enough to wear it while working out. Instead, he wore undress fatigue pants and a tank top, both suitable for exercise.

He paused a moment, looking around the room. There was a lot of space, some weights, some bags... Breela had done a good job with it.

Idly he stretched as he waited for his workout partner to arrive. He'd invited Breela and a few House Organa soldiers and a Mandalorian or two to attend. He'd just have to see who all showed up.

[Yulastranza Ulgo]

Yulastranza arrived with a few soldiers and one of the largest men to wear the colors of House Rist he had ever seen.

He spoke with a Huttese accent, "Ahem greetings, Lord Organa, it is pleasure to meet you. Yes, yes. Very much greetings."

"Lady Yulastranza." Niall greeted the familiar face before turning to the unfamiliar one. And looking up.

"Good morning, and welcome to House Organa." Niall greeted the large man. "And please, here, just call me Niall. No saluting here." He waved a casual hand around.

"Olak, then." Niall offered his hand for a firm shake; as firm as he could manage, anyway. "It's good to meet you. You're welcome to come here any time you like."

He gestured around. "Where do you want to start? Bags? Weights? Free training?"

"I will be punching the bags, yes. Boxing is good, though with metal arms, no need train muscles. More like the meditations, yes?" Olak responded.

Niall nodded. "Alright, sounds good. I could use more boxing training, myself. I've been mostly focused on building muscle mass lately, not fighting technique. Maybe I'll join you."

But first, he glanced back to Yula. "How about you? Would you care to join us, or are you just supervising today?"

Yulastranza shrugged and said, "I am curious to see you in action, Captain Alderaan."

Niall smiled. "I see. Very well."

He went over to join the big man on the bags. "Okay, my friend. Show me what you've got. And I'll do my best here." Niall took a stance next to his own bag. While Niall certainly had spent time building muscles, his fighting stance was basic; he was telling the truth when he said he hadn't done much hand to hand training.

Niall knew his limitations. He wasn't a boxer, and he couldn't compete with this huge man with metal arms. Besides, was it really a competition? If it came to that, he wouldn't back down... but Captain Alderaan was all about working together.

Niall grunted as he hit the bag. "Uff. I really do need to practice this more." He said.

Hmmm. Manly bond? Obvious area he needs to work on for them to give pointers? A hint as to what Yula wants from posture and expression?

Yula stepped up and showed him a few pointers and to utilize his whole body and keep his mobility. Meanwhile Olak observed and cheered on the Organa with encouraging nods.

Niall smiled. "Thank you. I appreciate the help."

He hit the bag a few more times, and then nodded to Olak encouragingly. "Okay, big guy. Show me how its done!" He grinned.

Olak smirked and got into the rythymn and beat on the bags while Yulstranza asked, "So what do you think about the Prince and Princess? Think either one is ready?"

Niall considered that for a few moment. "Ready on their own? No."

He punched the bag a few times, trying to follow the pointers Yula had given him. "But hopefully they won't have to do it alone. They'll have strong advisors of good character helping them. Until they are ready."

He whistled as Olak gave the bag a solid punch. "Nice one, friend." He said.

"Joran I am not worried about, but Jameela... she has questionable tastes," she offered.

"Oh?" Niall grunted. He paused a moment, looking at Yula. "What do you mean? Her Sith friend?"

"Oh?" Niall grunted. He paused a moment, looking at Yula. "What do you mean? Her Sith friend?"

"Exactly, what nonsense could that snake be putting in her head," she responded.

Niall frowned. "I don't trust the Sith either. But there's a difference between having a Sith friend, and being a friend to the Sith. Has she said anything like the latter?"
