The industrial center of the Alderaan system, the planet is nearly an ecumenopolis, and an industrial power house among the Core Worlds. It has a massive population compared to Alderaan and attracts lots of nonhuman workers and professionals from across the Republic.

During the Festival many businesses are closed, or working light hours but the city never truly rests. As noted elsewhere it takes a time slot to reach this world from Alderaan, i.e. if you leave Alderaan in the LM you arrive in the MA on Delaya.
