Need to know the best route from here on to the Turtle that won't lead to any dead ends and could potentially let me move a little faster. Don't need it at this moment, but I need it at the ready."

She has been inside about thirty minutes when he hears blaster fire and then the distinct sounds of the lightsaber and over the comm he hears, “Things are going well, get the ride ready.”

The door of the cantina is blown and the Jedi comes leaping out carrying a package in one hand her green lightsaber in the other and a small creature clutching to her back. Even in mid-air she is able to reflect the blaster bolts back before landing and running towards Nudisimu.

"Ok, I have the map! What's your location and heading?" Hacha fires up the mapping software in his cyberbrain. Sure, usually it was meant for galaxy hyperspace calculations, but a minor challenge like that was not going to stop him.

Nudimsu was quick on the swipe, didn't even take him that long before he got the check ready. Perfect timing too, as he revved it up right next to the running Jedi and nodded his head. "Take it they did not like your counter-offer?" He said, again, his tone not really showing whether he was being a smart ass or not. As he motioned for her to hop on quickly.

"Heading north, from restaurant from the side. Fortunately got a head start, but we should try to lose them before we head to the ship. Scrap the first plan, find me somewhere close by that we can lose them, I'll just wing it for the moment. Let's try to avoid you having to pilot the ship, but get the ship prepped up if we have to do that maneuver."



He shouted to her. "Communicate streets to Hacha, we need to lose them before they come out in force."

The Mandalorian hunter hops onto a speeder and starts after them pushing their vehicle to the edge.

OOC: Chase Rules, Team Nudimsu is at Medium range to the Mandalorian and her gang! The terrain is city streets so the Difficulty is Easy for now. The Jedi will grant Nudimsu a boost die due to Force shenanigans.

Right now they are traveling at moderate speed they can shit to high with an increase to Difficulty, this will add a 2 successes if the roll succeeds, or take it to 11 and this will 4 successes but increase the Difficulty by 2.

Well, this was not good. Still, they had the advantage for now. Keep control for now and punch at the right time. He was building up to a much more powerful push at the next opportunity, but for now, he was careful while he got his bearing on the new bike and route. Pushing it too quickly would only hurt them in the long run.

The Mandalorian hunter was gaining on them, avoiding traffic and slipping through narrow openings. The Jedi said, "Are we going the right way?" She used her lightsaber to ward off any errant blasts from the Mandalorian hunter while the small humanoid chittered about dying in Huttese.

OOC: Mandalorian moves to Short range now! Mandalorian Hunter guns the engine seeing their chance! Nudimsu has 2 Threat to use and the Mandalorian Hunter got an overall 2 Success and 2 threat.

"Of course we are!" Nudimsu said, rather frustrated with the question. He wasn't sure of course, be he had some faith in Hacha. "Just had to warm up the engine. Please hold hold on tightly, otherwise you'll get flung off." The statement was a matter-of-fact tone, but his heart was beating rather quickly.

At that aforementioned right, he appears to be making a left turn at the section, but then quickly does a hard right at the last moment, drifting at the angle and continued to head sharply away from the Mandos, the top portion of the speeder nearly flipping over completely, but he held on tightly and straightened it out while recovering from the turn, hitting the engine to max while the Mandos spend a moment trying to turn around their Speeders.

Triumph maybe used as them trying to recover from the fake-out. Maybe getting stalled out or automatically increase the difficulty by 1 for their next check or upgrade difficulty roll or something?

The mandalorians try to keep pace but have to adjust for a vegetable speeder truck many crashing through with disastrous results but some avoid it and have to reroute. Buying the Chiss and the Jedi time.

The Jedi said, “Nice driving.”

The Mandalorians come screaming around another corner just as local authorities try to cut them off and also give chase!

OOC: Authorities upgrade the next check for both by 1, so change a purple to red. Mandalorians are at High speed still.

Total is 3 successes and 5 Threat! Nudimsu is currently at Long range.

"You doubt my navigation skills Master Jedi?" Hacha asked, algorithms working in his brain. "You've got the law on you? Let's use it! Break left at the next intersection. If you gun it, each of the other groups angle of pursuit makes them collide with each other and then there's a ringroad up ahead. Take the second exit, and you should have a clear path back, and the Mandos and fuzz will have their own problems to deal with."

"Got it." He looked on and figured out the best angle to do this right inside of his head. Ducking and weaving from the small foot traffic along way, he keeps up the speed of his. He quickly the left, as per the instructions, and guns it once more. The flashing lights in the background did not break his concentration as he continued on, following the instructions Hacha passed on to him.

Hopefully this move worked, but he was still confident of the lead he had gained, regardless.

Assuming they did manage to lose the tail and the police. There were a lot of questions he had about this whole thing, but he didn't have much of a chance to ask, nor would he without her telling him. He was a professional, after all, but being lied to did not please him any. Keeping his foot on the accelerator, he looked over behind him at the small creature before looking back. Seeing the speeder approach, Hacha uses his position closer to the ship to run back onboard, starting up the Turtle and preparing it for takeoff.

"Opening cargo bay doors. Thanks for the present Boss, it's been a while since I hot rodded a land piece."

Hacha hits the release for the cargo bay.

"Pilot seat will be warm for you"
