[More to come. Just getting warmed up.]Fellow Alderaanians, this is a grim day. One I genuinely never believed any of us would see.
Although we don't know all of the details yet, it is clear that a significant, criminal effort to overthrow the rightful government of Alderaan has been launched. That effort, led at least in part by former duke, Bouris Ulgo, will be defeated. The perpetrators will face justice for their crimes. Law and peace will prevail on Alderaan -- just as so many of our kin fought and died to achieve so recently.
You heard me correctly just now: There is no more Duke Bouris Ulgo. Bouris is not our duke, Bouris is no longer of House Ulgo, and those loyal to House Ulgo will lay down arms immediately. I tell you all this, consistent with the word of House Ulgo as we delivered it to all of you just days ago: "House Ulgo categorically condemns any violence during festival." And "We disavow and condemn anyone using the Ulgo name to promote or cause violence to our fellow Alderaanians."
Bouris has broken a sacred trust to all in House Ulgo. To those who followed his orders in this madness: Surrender now. There will be no victory. There will be no glory. The only recognition that awaits is shame and guilt for your betrayal of Alderaan. Surrender and face justice, please, in the name of all the Alderaanians you wish to help. Surrender now, before it is too late to turn back from the wrong path.
Bouris has broken a sacred trust to all Alderaanians, and any who have helped or supported his betrayal: Surrender now. Justice is the highest virtue of Alderaan, and justice can still be had by those who surrender and submit themselves to it. Do not flee. Do not fight. Surrender and trust in Alderaan, as we all would ask others to do.
Within the mostly silent and forgotten parliament building, where Bran and a few staff had barricaded themselves inside, working frantically first on the script and then on the video itself, there was an unbelievable sigh of relief when it could be posted and there started to be confirmation it was getting views.
Turning to Kaleena, Bran said simply, "We'll see who comes for us first." Kaleena and the staff, who'd looked so happy and relieved that the video was out, then looked at each other with new angst. They weren't out of the woods yet.

Bran's appeal for all loyal Ulgo to surrender and the blame not to fall on the soldiers who followed orders:
