Breela seethed, "Says the woman that just stepped out of a truck with a Sith." She stopped herself from saying more, since he seemed to be the sole voice of any measurable reason. "Again... it might not be 'brainwashing' as we know it. Only through research and observation can we determine the truth of the matter. Beyond that we can communicate with them, so why not start there in the future?"

"Kriff off catnip. I was going this way anyway, an' Zeno offered a ride as he felt like I did that the mess from last night wasn't great. That's it. I ain't interested in Jedi and Sith games, you're both different sides of the same coin."

She turned away again.

Breela meanwhile doesn't even have enough kriffs to roll her eyes. Instead turning to Zeno. "Can we agree to disagree? Do whatever you're going to do and leave. Or help us move these drones into our truck."

Azura finds a hatch in the floor but it's covered in Killik hive chitin and material. Just the handle barely pokes through the material.

"There are no warnings Baesal. This isn't Jedi business it's Alderaanian business. House Thul is here helping out House Syrush on their behalf," Zeno says. "I'm not asking you to leave because I know you wish to help the killiks and the people of Alderaan, but I'm not leaving and Azura is with me. If you have an issue with our presence get an official request from House Syrush to request that the people that assisted them be barred."

With a sigh, she stood up and turned round to look at them with a hand on her hip, to see if they were gonna keep fighting or not. She kinda hoped they would fight.

Breela took another sip of Caf while looking at Baesal. "I don't want to yield any ground on this either, but like it or not he's right legally speaking. We've got two remaining options, help them break into a vault that they're going to break into regardless. Or take the moral high ground and go. I don't know about you but I'd rather be here to stop things from going tits up again."

''Oh, I will speak to Layne but I am pretty sure she got suckered into landing a hand...Aside from that no, Zeno is not right legally speaking.''

She tiled her head

''First: since there are no longer any killiks in the area, aside from the numb drones, thus your affair with house Syrush has been concluded. Second: This is not only Alderaan business it is also Republic business and the republic does grant significant power to the Jedi Order. I know you are used to swing your privilege around but in this circumstance I can claim greater authority, even if only for a time.''

She steepled her fingers

''But I will be reasonable since you, at least, made an effort. If you wish to remain and explore you will do so with our help and supervision. We will investigate and what belong to house Syrush will be returned to them while any killik artefacts will be observed, stored properly and then sent to the Alde museum for further research. With your contacts I am sure you will have not problem accessing them.''

She raised a finger

''Plunder and sabotage cannot be permitted for obvious reasons: you will have to keep your thug in check.''

She crossed her arms

Damn she's scary when she wants to be, definitely future master material. Breela smiled and bowed then walked over to the vault to make sure Azura didn't blow it open or something.

There was a tilt of the head and she looked at Zeno.

"House Syrush told you that the affairs are concluded? Didn't sound like it last I heard."

"Affairs with house Syrush are conccluded when House Syrush and House Thul agree on that. Nobody outside our houses other than the queen can dictate otherwise," Zeno says. "There may very well be more killiks hidden within those tunnels. Never was it claimed that we had concluded our mission entirely. So you are incorrect once again. But as I said, I have no intention of trying to deny access to anyone that wishes to help. Unlike you I am not going to put prejudice before the safety and security of a noble house of Alderaan. I will gladly work with you."
