Didn't get much of a chance to do it yesterday, mostly due to the humans causing a ruckus and preventing people from doing their jobs. So, today was the day to check on here. Finding work here temporary would be a solid way for him to get started preparing the proper field gear for the next stage of his operation once field recon was over.

And probably best to do thru legitime means on this one to ensure Durasay doesn't get dragged into something that makes him look bad while we're here. That means less credits, of course. Sacrifice was worth it, though, for the mission. Could worry about the contacting the underbelly later.

So there they were, heading to port authority. They were the likely ones to have some work for us, or at the very least, know someone who would. Durasay was a in with the Family, so chances are they'd at least get some consideration. Best to let him talk for now.

"Suppose if this doesn't work, we can check with the family proper to see with the Organa proper to see if they need anything." Nudimsu said as he walked along into the building with his crewmates.

The reception was well appointed and spacious. There was a skeleton crew and they didn't seem in a hurry to get much done but they are there.

"Well, I can remember worse welcomes" Hacha says idly, fingers twitching to the tools on his belt at the inactivity.

The receptionist waves over the crew with a bored look. The near-human said, "Welcome to Castle Organa Space Port, how can I help you?"

There was a long, pognient stare at the Chiss, looking at these lazy, worthless people lying around doing nothing. Clearly, this was not the way to do their job. If this was the Ascendency, they would have been whipped already for even considering this sort of loafing about. Disheveled, disinterested lot that probably could have stopped those insolent creatures from yesterday gathering up, they done their duty.

This receptionist only added fuel to his burning fire. He clutched his fist tightly and bit his tongue as he stared at her for a what felt like a eternity before letting it go and starting to walk over. "Yes..." He stared at the woman slightly and took a deep breath. "We have some business here during the festival and that has led us to simply, well, remain stalled out of obtaining potential profits for myself and my crew. Not to mention the dust gathering on our freighter's storage unit; quite the pain to clean." He didn't smile at her as he spoke, merely staring at her with his red eyes, reading the flow of heat on her face as he spoke.

"We wished to see if someone here would have some potential job opportunities. If not that, could point us in the direction to obtain such a thing."

[Hacha Tsuko]

"That and I am bored." Hacha replies idly, fidgeting with his tools. "There's only so many times you can dissasemble and reassemble a hyperdrive, even for me. I mean, I am happy to upgrade, but work must precede the buying of parts. See boss, I learned my lesson! Mostly"

She pushed over a datapad, "Fill this out."

She then went back to looking at her comm unit and chuckling at the contents. "Hey Kari, check out this padawan dance."

Hacha takes it and fiddles with it, immediately curious if there are any interesting records left on it.

Just has a form for employment for freelance services. It's a twelve page digital form.

[Hacha Tsuko]

"Nothing particular to report boss. Want me to fill in our particulars?"

[Nudimsu]

There was small pause while Nudimsu stared at the girl goofing off, watching holovids instead of working. He kept his annoyances under control as he watched the lot doing anything but what they were paid for before nodding his head at Hacha. "Go ahead, you would probably know more of the specs, anyways."

[Dapper Dog]

"You can have a seat anywhere," she said not looking up.

[Nudimsu]

"Cant vah cart k'imsi tsi veo nait'asi. Cavrcasah ch'a ch'azeibet." He said while walking away from the woman. "Typical paperwork, then?" He said to Hachi as he sat down and looked at his datapad while he waited.

A woman sat down next to the Chiss.

[Nudimsu]

Looking up from the datapad he gave a long at the woman for a long moment, staring down at her and why she chose to sit next to him, while there were plenty of other places to sit in this building. He continued to keep calm as he stared back down at his datapad, not really saying anything, but making sure that he kept his screen out of her sight.

"Looking for work?" she asked. "It takes two weeks for that file to be fully processed."

[Nudimsu]

The wonders of the human bureaucracy. "Somehow, I find that hard to believe that such a smooth and efficient working machine such as this would cause it to take that long." He said, giving a blank stare at the woman at the desk before turning to the other woman in front of him. Nudimsu used sarcasm; will wonders never cease. Clearly, the annoyance in front of him was causing some of the cracks to show.

"Expedience is something I would prefer, as I am sure Hacha would as well. So long as the credits are good, of course. Not to mention, what it is we would be hired to do, exactly."

[Dapper Dog]

"Well nothing is being processed during the Holiday, and then the backlog will slow things down," she said with a smile.

"I have a need on the morrow to go to Delaya, just lack a means to get there and back."

[Nudimsu]

It may be a reason for the general slowdown, but not for their conduct. Vigilance, even during a holiday, is important. "Sounds like a simple trip, then. Be good to get some spending money for a day trip. Assuming transportation is also limited due to the holiday, then, so the need for it? Or..." He voice gets a little lower on this next part and leans in a little. "Will this trip cause some people to be upset? He said with a nod. "Don't need to tell me the reason for the visit, but I prefer to know what we're getting into might require a need for a extra pair of hands for the journey. Nudimsu leans back out from his position and looks at the woman expectantly.

The woman smiled and said, "I can pay a small amount, 2500 credits."
